WARNING Royal Kings: stall tactics, false promises and no pay

This issue came to us as a PAB where the player had winnings of $5500 which they wanted to withdraw. The casino asked for documents, the player provided them. The casino asked the player to open a Moneybookers account which the player did and forwarded the relevant info to the casino. Nothing happened.

After weeks delay the player asked what was up and was told by the casino people that they'd "take care of it today/tomorrow". Weeks passed and nothing happened. The casino mostly ignored the player's emails and only repeated "today/tomorrow" when they did give an answer. No withdraw monies arrived.

Finally the player filed the PAB and we submitted the issue to the casino: no response. Several tries later and still the same, no response.

Warning: Royal Kings (royalkingscasino.com, TopGame) is withholding winnings while endlessly promising to pay "today/tomorrow". Customer Service either ignores the issue or repeats the lies. Avoid this casino.
