Hello I am new to this site but maybe you can help me I played royal ace casino and won $7500.00 I processed a withdrawal on the 3rd of Feb and submitted my paper work and now feb 12 I just went onto the site and Ithe says my balance is $7500.00 like is was reversed I reprocessed a withdrawal but now it seems like the process was changed with out me knowing I have tried to contact the casino several times but I have been told that it takes time up to 2 months for a withdrawal could someone please help me or let me know if this is normal this is a lot of money that I don't feel comfortable not knowing what is going on. I was told by a operator that the withdrawal is good I did not use any bonus codes or anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Over the years they have repeatedly said they will "clean up their act" - but nothing really changes.

If you haven't broken any T&Cs, you WILL get paid... eventually.
Their maximum weekly pay-out is $2,500 - I would advise only asking for that amount and not the full balance.
Wait until that is processed (a week at the very least) before asking for more.
Whatever you do - DO NOT PLAY 1 PENNY on any games while you are waiting to get paid. That is EXACTLY what they want you to do and is why they deliberately string-out withdrawals.

Thanks for the advice hopefully it works out and now I know about these casino's I notice you have a Pab section is it too early to try this or just wait to see what happens? Sad part about this whole situation is that I won $1000.00 at the silver oak casino I must have been lucky last month and I am waiting on that also.
