Thanks for that, although there is little that is specific and therefore truly useful in your description of Top Game, imho.

I don't believe the comment "product first and the huff later" really addresses the problems inherent in a hitherto unknown new gambling software with little upfront information that suddenly appears on the players' radar, perhaps tempting the unwary to play without a full appreciation of what is behind the product.

It may well be revolutionary and brilliant, but in the absence of responses to enquiries and even a supporting website giving details that is difficult to judge....I believe the consumer (player) is entitled to know a little more about a software than that is was: "designed and funded by a group of seasoned online professionals with experience of the online gaming industry from inception, basically for their own use."

BTW - what is the fifth operation using this software to which you refer? So far we have Rome Casino and 7Spins.com, Money Casino and Rich Casino.
 
In our case "product first and huff later" was a pure pressure environment.

The people involved in Topgame has pooled online gaming expertize second to none - seasoned in the industry pitfalls and rewards - my point is that the people that are involved for now know our combined industry reputations and that was their main reason for taking operations. We believe in transparency but in our industry it can also be your enemy so for now people just need to wait for our official launch.

The absence of response is purely related to not knowing - I will certainly be available for comment and will come and visit the CM more. we apologize.

the system and games are by no means perfect yet but because we have such a dynamic software and tech support team that assure improvements daily - what we can ensure is true payout ratios and player honor!!

the fifth operation will go live this week sometime - will let you know.

I am glad to see the responses here and thanks to jetset for asking the questions I was thinking. Every new casino has it kinks and that's to be expected. It is much easier to determine as a player if it is a place that you want to play if the software is well known. It is much harder when it is proprietory. Introducing the casinos first creates a tentitive result. Not that that's a wrong thing but hence the curiosity.

For example:

In the event of a complaint or dispute in the Casino, the complaint must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the event happening. If the complaint is received after this time, we will simply not address it. However, if there are extenuating circumstances; for example: A Player is incapacitated or otherwise unavailable for comment, we will address these issues on a case by case basis but reserve the right to invoke the 14 day rule above.
Should there be a discrepancy in the result displayed, on the Player's Casino software and that of Rome Casino and its software, the result will stand only on the Casino server software.

The software provider results are in the t/c's in some instances. If the software provider (Topgame) is unknown then it is difficult to have good faith. BTW, simply not addressing it doesn't sound good lol. Responding here says a lot however, thank you, and I understand the difficulties you face.

That is not to say that this isn't a good group etc but IMO I'll wait for the official launch.
 
It is a shame that the slot payouts suck so bad and the bonus spins dont have any special bonuses to them, no multipliers etc.. The software is very pleasing and runs very smooth, if they prove to be worthy maybe they will correct the poor paytables. just my opinion.

I totally agree. I went and played for fun a second time and while the games are smooth and pleasant, payouts are horrible and I still have never yet hit a bonus game and have no idea if they are any better.

A friend of mine went and played for real and reports losing her money very quickly without any bonus rounds and with a few free spins that paid nothing.

I think on the whole the software has a lot of potential, but the money disappears way too fast, if you are not going to win, you still want your money's worth of entertainment.

My issue wasnt the overall percentage but the weak payouts per game, there is no thrill value in getting your bet back, no thrill value in getting bonus spins with no special bonus features or enhanced payout potential like a 3x multiplier etc.

Fraud Verification Process
Every Monday fraud Management will randomly select some accounts for a verification process that consists in reviewing all transactions, the paperwork that has been received to make sure it is complete, legible, that the account information matches the paperwork and review the account game sessions and wagering requirements.

Since this is a random procedure and there is no way to know who will be selected each Monday however, it is a one time procedure, therefore every customer that requests a payout will be subject to this process at some point or another, even if they have all corresponding requirements for a payout in order.

Once the verification process has been finished the funds are flowed back to the account, a note added to the account stating the random check was already processed. The payout should be completed next coming Monday if the customer requests it again.

By doing this accounting management ensures that all the information on the player profile is in order and that all and every other requirement for requesting a payout has been fully met. This again is managements insurance that our members are fully protected against possible fraud.

It basically says, even if your account is verified (paperwork sent in), you can be subject to a random security check. Which apparently takes a whole (mon)day, cos they'll transfer the money back to your casino account, and you'll have to wait another week for your withdrawal :what:

That's pretty impressive for a casino that has only just launched, and some of whose staff are still asking for us to "wait for the OFFICIAL launch":confused:

In short, how does a mere 200,000 realisations (games?) give enough data for SEVEN portals to "vote" your casino in the top 5:confused:

The terms and conditions seem to look as though they have been "lifted" from other casinos. The 80x on slots WR was obviously some "baggage" that Josh brought with him from Prime casino, being IDENTICAL to their WR upon launch, the "Monday's only" processing is from Parlay (Winward), not a good sign in my books - you could at least have chosen a different day to make it less obvious an alert for the discerning player.

What about that deposit at the casino that was recorded as being for "Rich casino". Looks too much like a bunch of 5 "white labels" run from one master casino.

This is a bad & messy launch, and in this atmosphere of mistrust is going to do more damage than good to the casino before it has a chance to impress by paying on time (even if only on Mondays), not screwing players over with "F U Clauses".

The 10K monthly limit should not worry most players, but would certainly put off the high rollers, who do not want to be waiting months for their money from a new, and relatively unknown, casino.

The slots, in their current form, sound crap - I am not even going to bother. Promising to add more bonus rounds and payouts to the EXISTING slots again has me worried, how the HELL do you do this to a RANDOM game without effectively making a completely different game.
Blackjack software that fails to recognise a J as a "10 card" - dead sloppy, should have been picked up BEFORE launch, yet another blow to trust in the software which has lead to the inevitable claims that "their Blackjack doesn't seem random to me" which even the long standing providers have to contend with, and they have buckets of evidence to show their games ARE random, and yet some players remain unconvinced.

As for loading faster than MG - well, nothing loads SLOWER than MG, except perhaps Windows Vista:lolup:

That just takes the P**s! WTF are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for? FOUR DAYS free to do all these "fraud prevention measures", and they wait till Monday and mess up the ONLY day free for processing withdrawals. It is bad enough to have processing only done on Mondays, and the ONLY other casino that is this restrictive is ROGUE, and also use this "excuse" to reject a withdrawal, flow the funds back, and tell the player "try again next week".

This detailed and random audit seems more to do with a fishing expedition, looking to catch "bonus abuse" that can be used as an excuse for non-payment. Anti FRAUD measures can take place in the intervening days by players sending in their documents, and having all the checks done BEFORE they come to request their withdrawals, there are FOUR CLEAR WORKING DAYS in which to do this each week.

With an attitude to CUSTOMERS like this, the Top-Game group are going to get nowhere, except perhaps in America, where they are competing mainly against the known rogue operators, and where players are excluded from many of the reputable casinos.

A quick look at this forum should show that 14 days wait (including Monday random check and reversal of withdrawal) is more than enough to get players posting in "complaints - slow pay/no pay" about a particular casino, and when NON US players start posting this, we start to think "run like mad" from the casino in question, as non-US players should be receiving payments within 72 hours for Webwallets, with a verification process, if required, taking place ALONGSIDE, and not instead of, their withdrawal.

You should have written it down as soon as he admitted how he got your details, as this would most likely have been through a criminal offence, theft from his former employer (Titan poker), and breaches of privacy provisions (laws vary around the world).

Former employees taking sensitive player information with them is a SERIOUS matter, and if Rome Casino know where this information came from, and are knowingly allowing it to be used to recruit players, then they present a VERY high risk to players who have to register their personal information when joining.

If this can be proven, then the rogue pit would be the obvious resting place for this casino, so it is a shame you didn't get their name, as no investigation of the allegation can take place.

If anyone else receives a contact such as this, please try to gather evidence that would show that contact information stolen from another employer is being used to recruit players.

It may be worth forwarding a complaint to Titan poker, who may be able to figure out who might have taken the information when they departed.

Before I even begin, I'd like to remind everyone here that this is your very first post at CM and you used it to go after RomeCasino.

Receiving a call from us a few months ago would be difficult considering we've been live and taking in money since only August 1st. I don't know who called you but it was not someone from Rome. I would ask that you refrain from making such sweeping allegations in order to slander a new brand. What you are saying is simply not true and I challenge you to provide "any" evidence to back it up.

Last and most importantly, there is nobody working at Rome that "last worked" at Euro Partners / Titan Poker. Josh's last date of employment there was 4 years ago and he was with Prime for two years prior to coming to Rome. Gabriel was at Rushmore for a year before joining us also. Keith Williamson has only worked only for Red Hot Revenue prior to joining us.

Finally, I don't imagine that going after Titan Poker affiliates (which are only European facing) with a Casino that takes only US is going to bear much fruit. I obviously can't tell any of you what to do but these accusations are totally ridiculous. I think that some of you are very lucky that Bryan is on sabbatical.

Since when did the casino take ONLY US, they accept registrations from other countries and take Euros and GBP as well as Dollars as currency?
I am sure they accept deposits from outside the US as well.

It's not really an odd statement at all. :) I'm frankly quite surprised that anyone (especially VWM) is lending Pantsdown any credibility on this issue when his first post ever on CM was designed to slander our business. Since we have been in operation and taking in money and affiliates since August the first, there is no possibility whatsoever that he/she received a call prior to then. He/she clearly states that the call was received "a few months ago".

Currently, we promote using affiliates and media who have primarily US facing traffic. We appreciate business from all countries that are willing to play with us but we are currently only available in English and in USD. This will change in October when we launch in Europe with multiple currencies and languages however, this is the current reality: you can play with any payment method you wish but any currency including Euros and Pounds will be converted to USD first.

Yes, interjection number 2 from a first time poster in this Rome Casino thread. At least pantsdown had something to say, with Rome casino refuting the claim.

Rome casino are concerned that there is some kind of vendetta against them, and first time posters who make a complaint & then disappear only serves to strengthen this view.

Pantsdown has no record other than memory of a few months ago, so this allegation can only be dealt with by looking at the balance of probabilities. If Rome have not taken on staff from a source close to Titan poker, then it is highly improbable that an employee of Rome could have used such data in cold calling players. It may have come from a casino with a different, but similar name, or even an affiliate from Gold Vip casino (who seem very vreative when giving the name of their casino to prospective players):rolleyes:

Rome have also been in contact with me by PM, further refuting this allegation, and challenge any complainant to come up with some evidence to back their claims up.

Top Game software cannot be objectively judged due to it being so new, so it suffers partly from the dodgy reputations of other new softwares. For every new software that launches and turns rogue, there is another that launches and proves itself in time.

Example, Hype, launched, seemed OK, but eventually went bad.
Rival, launched, has come under fire, but has survived to create a loyal following that is able to ride out the bad publicity caused when things have gone wrong.

Maybe next year we will know whether Top Game is another Hype, or another Rival.

The Rome rep is probably falling into the trap of posting "under stress", and may well make a few slip-ups, such as saying they only take US when this is not the whole truth because they will not refuse to take a non-US player, but until October are not marketing beyond the US. This leaves them open to having their words picked apart to make them look bad. I am guilty of this myself sometimes, with my worries being fuelled by some oddities that have cropped up in this thread, and only time will tell whether this is just a product of my fertile imagination, or whether my "rogue radar" is working properly.

and the Rep first stated that only US could play and then that was revised to other countries but all currency would be in US dollars so I am still unclear as to what the above quote might mean.

It was never our intent to mislead anyone into thinking we accepted currencies that were not yet available. Having said that, we're removing the following:

"The bonus is available identically in all currencies - USD, GBP & EURO"

I will make sure this line gets added again once we have the European currencies enabled in the cashier. Thanks again for spotting this. One last time, I'll clarify that anyone who isn't from Israel can play in our Casino. However, your native currency will be converted into USD and the maximum bonus allowed is reflected in USD only as it appears on our landing page at RomeCasino.com

:lolup: You know as well as I do that Bx30 on slots is not +EV - no bonus hunters would ever go for that!

For those who don't know what I'm talking about (wouldn't be the first time :rolleyes:);
Say bonus = $100 with Bx30 on slots with a 96% payback.
WR = $3000 x 96% = $2880 = you lose $120 = all the bonus + $20 of your own money.

You can't win (unless you use the Simmo or KK method! :D)

Bonus x 80:
You lose $320 = all the bonus + all your $100 + another $120 you haven't even deposited yet! :eek:
You can't win - unless you get incredibly lucky!
