Rolla 'quietly' ditches cashback

Please rest assured that we will speak to a CS team leader to ensure that the live chat agent in question is fully up to speed with which promotions are live and which have actually expired.

We appreciate the feedback. Since going live in the UK, we have never actually had a welcome bonus, and have never promoted one to affiliates. We do have a 100% up to €100 bonus for some markets outside of the UK, which is presented on the /en version of our site but not on the /gb version. That being said, we will be completing further reviews here, based on your feedback, to ensure that all affiliates are applying the correct geo tagging across the board. Kindly note, our affiliate team are also still pro-actively reaching out to affiliates who are yet to update their content, and we will also be sending out further comms in the upcoming days to further reiterate the importance of this.

So a month later and it seems your affiliates have ignored you as most are still promoting the old offer, including the ones I highlighted above.

Just for transparency, as pretty much all your affiliates are still showing the 10% cashback up to £1000 with no wagering requirements, I've reported you to the ASA today, along with numerous links to affiliate sites, and this thread to show you were fully aware that they were advertising an incorrect bonus, in breach of the CAP code. 3 of the 4 I screenshot above are still showing the offer that ended in Feb, that shows you really don't care about your affiliates being compliant, no matter what you say in your posts.
 
Good decision @colinsunderland this has dragged on long enough and can't be allowed to continue :)

Delays and miscommunication from the affiliate team didn't help matters but any good affillate would manually check offers on at least a bi-weekly or monthly basis for changes.
 
Thanks people - I have only just seen this thread and I too still had the cashback promo advertised as I heard NOTHING to the contrary. I am amending my sites as we speak. To be fair, the aff programmes I deal with are always quite good in notifying me of impending changes to bonuses/promos but in this case I wasn't aware until another member pointed out my incorrect ad. :(
