Roku Bet from Abudantia B.V, no KYC or Player Protection.

Hello, can anyone help me reaching this Company or Antillephone NV, its regulator?
To resume the case, I am a High risk gambler, asked for self exclusion months ago from these Casinos, but they lured me in back into addiction by senting Constant emails and text messages, I also registered on Roku with the exact same personal data that I was excluded and reported a gambling addiction. They just let me gamble 4500€ in like 2 or 3 hours, without even asking for a Name ior address, no kind of KYC.. and I tried to close the account, they offered me high bonus and access to a VIP club with a account Manager.
Any thoughts on this?
 
I am afraid you might be out of luck on this one. If this is an Antillephone licensed casino, you won't go very far with this. There isn't much oversight with SE cases in Curacao.

Already did filled a complaint. The thing is, Roku Bet and BetTilt Support replied in the Portuguese Complaints books that the case is the hands of the regulator. How can i know this is true?

In the meantime please ensure that you have read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to comply with the Rules could slow, damage or even cancel your PAB.

FWIW please note that the dates are going to be significant here. Until quite recently Curaçao casino were not required to offer or honour Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gambling services. We can discuss this further in the PAB.

BetTilt/Roku employees don’t let me know or have access to My account.. I can be sure when I asked for auto exclusion.. but its been asked in the end of last year, matter of fact My main account on them is blocked by gambling addicition. They refuse to say the total amount lost, but I have the exact day where I lost 4500€ in hours.. All of this without any verification or KYC.
