I’m writing from Greece to report a serious issue with RodeoSlot.
On [ημερομηνία εγγραφής], I registered and deposited €21 via my Crypto.com Visa card. My account was successfully verified the same day.
The next day, my account was suddenly deactivated without warning, while my balance was around €180 and I had two open bets — one of which was extremely close to a €500 cash-out opportunity.
Support later requested “additional documents for verification,” which I sent immediately. Since then, I’ve been emailing them daily for updates. Every reply I receive says, “We are working on your case”, but nothing ever happens.
I’m now formally requesting:
• Immediate refund of my €180 account balance
• Compensation for the lost cash-out opportunity (€200)
• €100 per day of unjustified delay as loss of profit
I’ve attached screenshots of my account balance, deposit transaction, and email correspondence.
If anyone here has experience with RodeoSlot or similar cases, I’d appreciate your insight. At this point, I’m mainly looking to warn others and push for a fair resolution.
