I was very reluctant about posting this as Rizk Casino is a favourite of mine. But I've been lied too for over 12 months
Regarding how the wheel prizes are calculated. On a dozen occasions and multiple agents have insisted that prizes on the wheel of rizk are a reflection of a players betting. Well as I read other posts regarding this I'm now 100% sure that it doesn't matter if you play 20cents a push or like me up to $40 a push. The Rizk wheel prizes are the same. I am at level 249 And my highest ever wheel win was $25. Same amount won by others that only bet 20cent I see in other related posts.



Agents of Rizk have and still spruce the same incorrect info that prizes are a reflection on a players betting . 80% of the 249 levels I have achieved I won 3 super spins. Total free spin bet value of 40cents. Same award for a player betting 10 cents and achieving a wheel token.

Mega spins value are $1 a push. And the regular. Useless and totally pointless regular spins are valued at 10 cents a push.

I have already voiced my opinion to rep and put boss today. And that only made me more angry as they started pulling out my win/lose casino statistics for past 12 months.

So what that my win/lose ratio is even. I've been participating in a promotion That has been a total waste of time and of no value to players like me. Rizk agents hAve consistently made it clear that I could not seek fairer, more equitable bonuses based on my depositing habits clAiming wheel of Risk was provided for that purpose.

If Rizk don't want to tailor loyalty or bonuses to individuals then I'm ok with that. But don't expect players like me to subsidise promotion , and then issue prizes that are useless and of no value.

Yes. The frequency in which I achieve levels may be greater. But that's just another additional inequitable, worthless prize that I'd rather not receive.

I'm at the same level as you almost and I have never ever got any superspins or cash, but only 5-10 spins, raze points or double speed.
That is clearly showing that you get more since you bet higher.

I agree that you should stay away though since they probably can do better without you. They don't need people with that negative attitude.

As much as I like the concept behind the wheel, I find it to serve no real purpose other than to collect a bunch of low spins.

Single awards are never going to amount to much, and it's definitely geared towards lowrollers - something that higher-betting players subsidize.

It is in need of a revamp but I can't see Rizk removing it for a week. Imagine the bedlam

Mate. I have for been pleading with agents to provide a more equitable and acceptable bonus system for 6 months. As I enjoy playing at rizk it let's me down personally in this area. But I've accepted that we can't have it our way all the time. That combined with constant reminders that the wheel is available to me and prizes reflect my individual game play. Then I'm reminded thAt free spins do not require standard play through in which I'm constantly reminded of the so called benefits. Well I've reached level 249 and I only picked up on the payout structure last week Fter my girl decided to join also. She never bets above 50 cents. Its then I reAlised The constant reminders and claims past 12 months are absolute crap. And I don't think staff are to blame. They honestly believe wheel rewards depending on game play. Well just recently I won around 20 grand and pumped it all back in a single session. $75 _ 100$ bets, And the rizk wheel gave me no greater reward then of that at lower betting. But I did receive more risk wheel spins of. Parse. Really, I don't think anyone really knows how the wheel works.

Recently rizk have been offering extra wheel spins but not usable unroll 24 hours from the time won. Not next day so I've had most expire .

Did agents lie on purpose? I doubt it. But after 249 levels and many months I would think that someone has a brain fart And reLze previous claims may not be accurate.

I don't know about this wheel but a lot of casinos promos benefit the lowroller much more heavily because that is the vast majority of their client base I suppose . It does sound to me like you have been given incorrect info about this wheel's payouts albeit probably unknowingly like you suggest . Maybe the prizes are just capped way too low ?

Well you are spot on. Rizk won't offer more proportional bonus and automatically direct attention to the rizk wheel as a standardised bonus system for all. So yes, pointless playing Any higher than $5 as you won't receive value bonus. But this information should have been explained to me on the 20 or so occasions I've made enquiries. Since the wheels inception. Doesn't mean ill quitt the casino. I now spread myself between a few others that can facilitate players like me. Personally I would be trying to keep money guzzlers like me from goin elsewhere.

No, the rewards and slots stay the same all the way to infinite, although Rizk changed the slots recently. Thankfully no more Starburst. I am around level 249 IIRC and if you bet low it will be either 5FS, race points or double speed chip.

Every round number like level 40, 50, 60 is a SuperWheel that should give you 10FS or double race points.

If you bet 1.50+ on average you will see the rewards going up....will be then 10FS, 5 or 10$ cash chip, double race points and sometimes SuperSpins

If you bet €3+ you should see 15 or 25 FS, more often SuperSpins, sometimes MegaSpins, rarely a cash chip.

You can collect the FS and exchange them for SuperSpins when you have minimum 50FS in rewards. 10FS will be 1 SuperSpin. But careful, rewards expire after 7 days, so make sure you either play or exchange them before they are gone.

No it was just something that i did not know / used anywhere at a casino and it makes me curious . I was hoping thats similat like the one at Casino-Jefe which i get one Spin get as they have Celebrate their Casino Birthday last year I won 50 Freespins on Fisticus ^^ .
