I just try to understand why they locked my account.
I got this kind of answer from them after I asked why my account is
locked after my first cashout.

I played with River Belle Casino (Belle Rock Entertainment) not with Cool Hand Poker.
What might be that security check? I'm sure that I played without any kind of negative behaviour. I even played last sessions (few days) without any kind of bonus at all (stupid I know). I lost more than my withdrawal was..so I just wanna now if every player which made any withdrawal are players with negative behaviour.
OF course every deposits are ok, but after first withdrawal they locked my account and I'm not ok with that. I need some help.. what I should do now? Anyone else been this situation with that same casino group? It's not ok that Casino Management can lock account and after that they cannot even told what is the true reason!
