I just try to understand why they locked my account.
I got this kind of answer from them after I asked why my account is
locked after my first cashout.

I played with River Belle Casino (Belle Rock Entertainment) not with Cool Hand Poker.
What might be that security check? I'm sure that I played without any kind of negative behaviour. I even played last sessions (few days) without any kind of bonus at all (stupid I know). I lost more than my withdrawal was..so I just wanna now if every player which made any withdrawal are players with negative behaviour.
OF course every deposits are ok, but after first withdrawal they locked my account and I'm not ok with that. I need some help.. what I should do now? Anyone else been this situation with that same casino group? It's not ok that Casino Management can lock account and after that they cannot even told what is the true reason!

I finally got answer..it's because some older many many months ago closed account.
I closed that account with excuse gambling problem. Why they didn't made anything earlier....?

No I cannot use any other Microgaming casino..that ok if it's like this way.
But now I cannot get my withdraw moneys back and of course they don't like
to refund my deposits?

Why they don't made any security check before deposit..just after first withdraw and now I cannot do anything?

Very nice way to treat player. I'm not done anything illegal, so I'm the only loser in this case.

What I shold do now?
 
I send this case to eCogra. I just like to get some clear result to this case.
I got even different answers from River Belle Casino.
First guy from live support told me that I will get my last withdraw moneys but aftet that cannot use my account anymore.

After that casino host told I cannot get those moneys back and it's not their
mistake that they let me make deposits. So they can take my deposits and after that thet cannot make any withdraw through which is even smaller than my deposits to them (much more).
So player with problem is the only loser???
I'm not with gambling problem, but I just closed one older account many months ago because I don't liked that casino and don't like to get their bad bonus offers to my email anymore.
I cannot knew that this means that I cannot use any Microgaming casino anymore. That was my mistake, but is there any security to player on this kind of cases.

I mean I don't truly have big gambling problem. But sometimes those accounts are pretty hard to get closed that way that you don't will get those bonus offers or anything anymore
Only people which haven't any "problem" don't play anything and don't even like to play or are intrested for playing :) I know many that kind of peoples.
I know now that that way to close my other Microgaming account was mistake. But the main problem.....why they make this like this way.
This style make that situation even uglier to player. That couldn't be the best for player like they like to tell me. First take my moneys (deposits) and then even keep my last money on their account, because problem.
I can promise that I've done nothing illegal or anything like that.


It's just pretty hard to understand that this casino can do this.
They don't find any problems with my deposits and every problems
are just after some small withdrawal.

I think that there is two options:

They have to refund those deposits or at least make that last withdraw through before my account is totally closed. Every other way is like stole moneys from player.

Or what you think about that situation?

I mean even the situation is that I have problem. Because that was the reason which I told to other casino as I closed other account before. I didn't know then that it's not possible to play with other Microgaming account anymore (my mistake).

Why they can first take every possible deposits and then close account after withdrawal because that? Do you think that at least they have to do something else than this?

I know where he's coming from - self-exclusion is a quick way to close accounts and to avoid spam e-mails and many who use that tool have no gambling 'problem'. Unfortuantely, as I discovered a few times, SE can come back and bite you.
I'm pretty sure the ethos, if not GC rules state that if duplicate accounts are detected, that they (punters) should have stakes returned and winnings kept, effectively setting the closed a/c to zero. It certainly cannot be legally acceptable nor approved under ANY watchdog or commission that casinos can keep both winnings and stakes - that is fraud.
