Rival Casino Cashout Processing

I think Nicolas from vegas regal is a great rep, but what happened to his promise of fast withdrawals??? Im sure somewhere he said something about 48 hours being the timeframe, and that they are working on 24 hours or less (im not searching through 100's of posts but Im sure I read that).

Considering it seems to be just about every Rival Casino, and besides the fact that is an abhorrent way to treat customers, I would be concerned about their liquidity if the timeframes are ever increasing.

BTW - Congrats on getting paid Setsuna, but almost 10 days is a disgrace IMO. Isnt it funny how we used to say 'congrats' when someone WON......now we find ourselves saying it when someone gets PAID. Its just not right.

I think he's working on having an independent payout processor first (or at least, NOT Pantasia) to make withdrawals faster.

Fair enough, however it has been stated by Rival reps on this forum that they have independent access to the processor, therefor they can pay pretty much whenever they like....its up to the individual operator. For instance, Tradition decided to pay within 48 hours and they use Pantasia, so its no excuse.

Very disappointing to read about experiences here. And also the lack of comments from casino reps. As if they are addressing this stuff on a case-by-case basis rather than fixing the underlying problem for the vast majority of other players who don't come here to complain.

Update

I deposit and cashout via Quicktender so even with MC issues cashout should be pretty quick. My account was verified with them in December afterall. Anyway I sent a PM to Tropica Casino here on the forum and they repsonded really quickly. The Rep agreed that I should not have been a delay in cashing my payout. As of now I still have not been paid yet and tommorrow will be one week after I put in my request (cashed out Feb 3). I have full confidence that the Rep will take care of the situation. I will keep you posted. This situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. Honestly who wants to deposit at a casino that makes you wait more than 1 week (inlcuding weekends) for a cashout???? My list of Rival casinos is dwindling fast and that is a pity since I do like Rival powered slots.

I just wanted to update everybody. It looks like contacting the Tropica rep here on the forum did the trick. I received the money late this afternoon in my quicktender account. So my cashout took five business days exactly. I would still be waiting if the rep had not intervened on my behalf. I do appreciate that the rep responded quickly and took care of the problem.

I am still disappointed in Rival however since my last two cashouts came with problems and that should not be the case. Paying winners in a timely manner ought to be the cornerstone of any casino's business model. Happy customers come back disillusioned ones do not. I am hoping that Rival will take note and make improvements in the future.

I am waiting for 8 business days now (about 10-11 days alltogether) for my $50 withdrawal to arrive from Vegas Regal. So far I was satisfied with them, but this situation is becoming upsetting

I apologize. There are no excuses for delivering a delayed payment.

I will explain that a small group of player payouts were delayed a 1-2 business days. This was due to an issue on the operating side that has been dealt with.

Players will be getting their money tomorrow. I also applied apology free chips to those affected and tried to explain the situation. This did not affect many players, nor is it our standard.

We understand all the sentiment being expressed here and we agree with virtually all the points brought up. We do want to bring our payout times down, it is just much easier said then done (especially when dealing with the US, which brings on issues like the master card looses).

Thank you for your time.

Thanks once again for being open with us Nicolas

However, I do have a few questions based on your reply:

1. Bencuri (for example) isnt a US player, but has still waited 8 days. I really cant see any reason for not being paid a lot quicker other than a) lack of funds or b) casino didnt want to.

2. Tradition Casino (along with others) use the Pantasia processor as you do and pay within 48 hours. So, why does it take Vegas Regal 5+ business days (a week in reality most times) to pay a withdrawal? I havent read any valid reason why it takes this long to pay winners.....heck even Playtech rogues pay in 4 business days!!

I don't mean to give you a hard time Nicolas, but it seems that just about every Rival casino is paying in 5+ business days and it does seems to be becoming the norm and makes one question if it is Rival themselves that are preventing fast cashouts. If so, it is even more unacceptable.

In my experience, a well-funded and efficient operator always pays within 48 hours. The operators that dont (again in my experience) appear to be lacking in one or both of those categories.

Waiting

I made a withdrawal from Vanguard Casino on 2/4/10 for 450.00 and sent in my docs at this time (I made the mistake of not doing this on my first withdrawal and it took about three weeks). I received an email on 2/5/10 stating that I needed to resend a copy of my license (accidentally sent my old expired one), and also resend a copy of a check with my address for verification (they accepted it on the withdrawal the first time). I resent my docs on 2/5/10, and resent copies of my CC just in case. Never heard anything from them. On 2/8/10 I went to live support and asked why it was taking so long, was told it took 5-10 days for ACH withdrawals (it states clearly 2-5 days). On 2/9/10 I sent an email to support as it was still showing the withdrawal was processing. On 2/10/10 still processing, no response. 2/11/10, still processing, no response. This is ridiculous. I will think twice b4 depositing again.

I had a cashin Monday and Tuesday at Tropica casino. I am being given the run around with the Rep on where my cashin is , as it has not been processed to I should be contacting customer service about this.

A few rivals seem to be giving this error if depositing now via neteller:

The deposit was not successfully completed: This processor is currently not enabled. [MA005042]

Doesn't look to healthy?? I have two decent cashins pending with casinos on this software...

Fortune Reel : requested cashout the 9 - received money in MB yesterday (12) - 3 days, fair enough.

OK - Both my pending cashouts have been paid.

Royal Apollo - cashout on the 30th Jan... paid 12th Februrary
Lion Slots - cashout 7th Feb... paid 12th February.

Still too slow for my liking, particularly when I've been playing at All Slots and the Fortune Lounge Group who are processing within 12-24 hours for me (and flushing withdrawals)...

Never in a million years would I wait 12 days for a cashout. I wouldn't wait two days. It's 24 hrs or under, or I don't play there. They all have the capabilities to do it, especially to an ewallet such as Neteller or MB. But..if people are willing to accept shoddy treatment such as this, they'll keep on doing it. Vote with your wallets people.

Update: All of my wins from Rivals were in my QT. I have another cashin today from a different Rival. I will see how long this takes.

I have received my withdrawn money today, after 10 working days. It took for a long time, but at least I was paid.

Thank you Nicolas for looking into my case and crediting free chips as a compensation for the delay. It was really friendly from you, and I am glad you could help me to solve this problem, so that I could be satisfied in the end. It was really a player friendly.

I am in total agreement with Pina. Rival casinos can pay within 24 hrs. if they want to. Slotocash pays within 24 hrs., mostly less. Just received on today that was made yesterday around lunch and in my QT account by 7:00 this morning cause that's when I looked. I don't know when it came in really.

I don't care how many bonuses they give or how big they are, if I can't get paid in 24 hrs. or less, they can take a hike. Same with RTG's. MG's I'll give 48 hrs. but no longer.

What I have found strange is that on a few occassions 3 figure withdrawals are getting processed within 2 days, and 4 figure withdrawals take at least 5 days.

IMO there are far too many casinos opening without too much financial clout behind them. The 4000 a week limit is a major turn off. Some of these casinos think they are Monte Carlo style operations when in fact all they are is just small time street bookies, who do not seem properly protected.

In the interim term this limit and slow cash out time may well reduce their exposure to risk, but it still has to be paid. Rather than having a picture of flash yachts, bright lights, palaces and fountains on the lobby page, it would be more pertinent to have a picture of Mickey Mouse!

Hi all!

I have been playing many Rival Casino's the last few months. I see that cash outs take between 2-5 business days. Most of my cash outs have been within 2-3 until recently. It seems that most Rival Casinos are sticking to their 2-5 business days. This term means that if you are lucky enough to cash out they will make you wait until the last possible minute on the 5th day to pay you even if you deposited and requested a withdrawal via a ewallet.

Is it just me or is this totally ludicrous? I had a problem with Vanguard waiting until the very end of business day 5 to pay me so I just deleted them off my computer. Now I get the same story from Tropica (they paid fast in the past). I guess I should give Rival a break since that group causes more headaches than fun. Am I being unrealistic to expect a cashout less than $500 to an ewallet to be paid faster than this?

Online casinos are sure losing their allure for me pretty fast! I can only count on Allstar Slots, Intertops, Jackpot Capital and Casino Titan all RTG casinos where payment is made within 48 hours tops and that is including weekends. I am not even going to mention 3Dice who process payments faster than the speed of light. Do the other casinos know that this foolishness regarding withdrwals will lose them loyal customers? I think not.

I would add Club WOrld (RTG) and Sloto Cash (Rival) to the list of super fast payouts, even on weekends. Yeah, I am going thru a similar thing with Vanguard at the moment. If one can turn the WD around with 24 hours, why can't they all? It is just technology now, click of a mouse.

Hi Balky, I just had a conversation with live chat that makes my blood boil. Now they tell me that the cash out takes 2-5 business days after approval and they did not approve my withdrawal until Friday last 2 days after I requested the cash out. So now, they tell me that payment will be made at the latest next Monday February 15 so that is a total of 12 days (7 business days) after my cash out request. I wouldn't mind but my deposit was made via Quick Tender and I am requesting my withdrawal by the same method and my account has been verified with this casino since December. I contacted the Tropica Rep here but I have no idea what good that will do since I see they have not been on the forum for quite some time.

These Rival casinos should give lessons on how to run off paying customers. I got rid of Vanguard because they started to enforce the 5-day rule without any explanation. I know I have said this before but from now on, if I want to play Rival I will pick Slotocash or Ruby Royal.

Thanks for the pep talk Balky, you calmed me down. Now if only Rival live support could learn from you!

So is Ruby Royal trustworthy? They are not listed here as accred. list. Sloto does well probably....I know they are my first choice rival, because you can expect to be paid promptly. I was expecting Vanguard to be the same since they are on the list here, but not the case. Good luck to you
