Was wondering if anyone else had had a non-responsive experience with Ritz Club.

I signed up a while ago but cannot find my account number (not usernamename and password, I have those). I asked for this (by mail) on Aug 28, then Aug 29, then Sep 3.

Sep 5- Zero response.

Is this what these guys are like ? When I'm asking them for info that would enable me to START playing ? Makes me think twice about playing here if this is what they're like when they don't even owe me money...

I think Ecash still do the support for Ritz. And considering that ECash are (IMHO) the worst casino support on the planet Im not suprised that they havnt replied. I would call them and ask them to confirm your details over the phone.

Ritz Club not responding?

Dear dd99,

I'm very sorry to hear that our customer support team has failed to reply to you with notification of your account number. I very much hope that this is an isolated incident, and you will have a much better experience if you need to contact them in the future.

I am the Head of Online Marketing at The Ritz Club Online, and would very much like to help you out as best I can. Please send me an email to djudd@theritzclublondon.com, enclosing your username, name and email address registered on the account, and I will ensure your account number is sent to you.

Regards,

David Judd

APOLOGIES

My apologies - got Ritz Club mixed up with another casino. It is UK Betting Casino that has not bothered to give me my account number.

The Ritz Club has been unresponsive, however, on a different issue :)
My credit card was rejected for "suspicious activity" and my 3 mails to the casino support have gone unanswered.

The Ritz Club rep has posted so I will try directly to him.

I had exactly the same problem and Ritz club never replied to me. Regardless of that in the past I never and I mean never had any of my emails replied properly, often times they wouldn't reply at all.
Am sorry Mr. Judd but your email support is useless. As for e-cash support....the guy who I talked to a year ago is lucky that I have lost his name:mad:
Am positive that if the landbased management of Ritz knew about all these they would have thrown you all out.
