I have been playing a Casinoshare a bit and have no complaints. I then downloaded Villento, have made about 20 deposits and nothing, nada..So I decided to give Rich Reels a shot. I hit 750.00 on Supe it Up..However, I am not able to make a withdraw...First, I cannot deposit with usemywallet because something techincally is going on, they are looking into it. Actually the same thing happened at Villento and it tookk them a week to fix it...Anyway, I deposited using myVisa...The rep told me I would be able to withdraw with usemywallet. Well surprise, cannot withdraw with usemywallet, bank wire anything...They went into my account and cannot figure out why there is no withdraw options..They are going to work on it..I see Rich Reels is accredited, so do you think they will figure this out. And hopefullly before I give it all back to them...Has anyone ever had this happen? thanks...

I had problems with the withdrawal from Rich Reels at first but they did get it resolved and payed as promised, just have patience and they should come through. I have had a couple of withdrawals from them and the staff was great to work with.

This is why these casinos should be able to flush your withdrawal. So you don't play it back while you wait.

Almost everyone does it. Why deposit somewhere else while you have money sitting there that's playable? By the time the withdrawal gets processed there's nothing to process.

Some casinos just leave it sitting there on purpose until the player loses it again.

If a casino can't flush a withdrawal they shouldn't be accredited but that's just my opinion.

The first time I ever cashed out from RR live chat popped up and offered me a bonus if I didn't cash out. I declined and uninstalled...not a good look.

While on the surface that appears a little worrying, what were the terms? Personally, if I was offered, for example, a 100% bonus, 20x WR, no max cashout, I'd consider that.

I do wish all casinos would have a flush feature, but I disagree that this is a dealbreaker for accreditation. That said, if you feel that you don't have sufficient self-discipline to leave a cashout alone until it's processed, you might not want to deposit there in the first place (which is sort of what you decided, in terms of uninstalling the casino).

This has nothing to do with accreditation it has to do with trying to stop you from cashing out in the hopes that you lose it. I don't take bonuses and my comment has nothing to do with self discipline. How you read all of that into a simple statement about live chat is beyond me. I uninstalled the casino bc it should have never been offered.

What has me a little pissed is that the problem is not with docs, etc...It is something technical on their side. There are no withdraw options...It is totally missing. They just keep saying they will email me when they fix it..Why can't I just give them myQT number and have they do it manually!!!!

The only reason I say this is because too many casinos stall payments hoping you will play it back. It's been going on for years. Flushing withdrawals automatically would be even better. It would certainly nip that practice in the bud.

I don't disagree, but I just don't think this rises to the level of something that would lead to dis-accreditation. We can just agree to disagree, but I really don't. I DO consider fast payouts as a factor in where to play, very much so. Thus, for example, Rival's Lion Slots is where I will play in terms of which white labels I prefer, since they have always paid me within 48 hours, typically within 24. Most other white labels have taken longer.

I also think, to look at the silver lining, a lack of flushing can help players develop better money management. For example, you could set a goal of 2x, and when you reach that goal, you prohibit yourself from touching any spin button any further, and stick to it. Yes, I know it's hard, I'm as bad as anyone else, but it's a habit, and like any habits, you can cultivate (lol) it.

I am not concerned about putting it all back in because I am determined, I have not touched it in days..I am just concerned with the fact that they can't seem to fix this technical problem. I called today and asked them to withdraw it manually..They said they tried by going into my account on their side (with my permission) and they had the same problem, there are no withdrawl options. So it is not a problem on my end, but on theirs..Will fix it damn it, I am getting really uncomfortble about this...

I had the same problem and it took about 2 to 3 weeks before the withdrawal options worked. The hard part was having patience and not playing the balance. I tried re-downloading the casino several times but it didn't help. I did download the Villento casino software and after I had installed it I went back to Rich Reels and the withdrawal option was working. It could have been a coincidence. Hope this helps. Hang in there!

Thanks..I got a email from them today saying it has been fixed. Went online, went to withdraw and nope still does not work..Called them , emailed them. sez they will have answer tomorrow!!! They said they cannot withdraw it for me because of different ips addresses...They promise I will get paid...Of course I was bad today and put some back in:(..

When I first installed Villento they couldn't get the deposit option to work..Finally fixed that. I made probobly 15 deposits there and never even came close a withdraw...

At Rich Reels, the usemywallet feature does not work or the withdrawl...

I know they are accreditated, so I am thinking it should be ok...But enough is enough....

I agree....."enough is enough"!
You would think if this problem has happened before they would know how to fix it and in reasonable time.
I do believe if all is well you will get your money but as rockycatt says
"do not play it back, say it ten times" or you will not withdraw any of your money. I do enjoy playing at this casino.
Hang in there and play other casinos or for fun until they resolve the issue. Good Luck!
