[Resolved] Trada Casino Withdrawal issues

Hi,

Yesterday i did my first withdrawal on Trada.Still not valid on my Account.Trada comes up and said my Account get closed,its pending since 21.12.2018 ! We remember,thread "Out of the blue" here on CM.
However,they want pay me the balance and close it.Alright,no problem.

I did a withdrawal over skrill.They want Documents (screen etc).Later at the Evening,no funds added to my Account.late at Night I receive an Email,my account is verified for fast withdrawals and i will get paid within 2-6 hours.10h later,still no money.
I open Chat again...First they said my WD is done and i also got an Email.
10 seconds later,they change and said they can't pay to German residents ?! We clear it and re-open my Account to do another WD over Trustly.
Again I got an Email with processed WD.That was over an hour Ago.Trada Account is closed.No Money on my Account.No Idea how to find out where is my Money.No Transaction ID or anything else

So what going on?Why they can't pay me via Skrill?I always use skrill to deposit and withdrawal Casino Cash.They just trolling me?And why they want Documents if they can't send Money to German residents via Skrill?
Looks for me like a pure Scam to get Documents from Costumers...

Always nice to be polite :) Scam and Trada does not equate to me but that is merely my opinion but politeness does go a long way to getting a response and maybe even one in your favour.

Yeah,u may right.After 5 times running to Live Chat and hours of wasting time without result,i choose the wrong words :)

To be clear,this is no Casino Complain against Trada.Its under Payment issues on Forum posted.Iam curious what happens with Skrill,Trada,Germans and Trustly.Iam for sure not the only German player over there,so I open this Thread to get Information about the Situation :)
 
well Conor is in London today for CM meeting, and today i got my money on skrill under 1 hour, so you are all good dont worry
 
Iam not worry about,i will not get my Money from Trada.It´s just annoying to wait for a withdrawal from 18:30 yesterday,chat there say where fine.Tonight,i receive the Message it will payed within the next 2-6h.10 hours later nothing there.I moved again to Live Chat,they watch and sent it.
A moment later they come around and say,German resident´s players cant be paid by Skrill.For what i upload Documents,wait for WD and verify ?
Same with Trustly.Email incoming with payment done,still no money.

I know u Guys are in London.No problem.I remember your Post,if i want re-open my Account i should Contact you.Thats why I contact you over PM 2 Days ago.Nothing more or less.
If u wanna take a look to the Payment Situation,i will be happy.But i think it will be sorted soon.
