[Resolved] Inetbet who do I contact?

Made a deposit tonight at Inetbet. It was deducted from my bank account but never added to my casino account. So here we go with the bullshit of sending this and that in, bank statements ETC. Yes I sent everything in.

So support says I have to wait until it shows processed before they will put the money in my account. You see it was deducted but you wont put it into my casino account. You ask me to send in the statement but you still wont put it into my account. Why ask me to send it in then? So now once it clears from my bank do you know what a pain in the ass it will be to explain and get a lousy 25 dollars all over again when i should have got it anyways.

You dont take money from people and not give them what they paid for. I'm so done , it gets worse and worse everyday!! They are going to lose a player over this bullshit!! 25 flipping dollars!!

Just contacted the rep. Will see how long this takes, it's a nice long weekend of course. Does anyone know if I can stop payment on my debit card?

Might as well since I never got it added to my casino account. It's like going into a store and buying something but just walking away without the item you bought. :mad:

You can stop payment on your card but I would be very careful about this as it can open a can of worms. I assume the funds are being held as pending by your bank ?- eventually they will be returned to your account anyway if the casino does not take them and eventually give you your credits.

I would see what the rep says and try and be patient. I know its frustrating
 
Yeah I know they will but it in my casino account. I work so hard for my money I'm just glad it wasn't a 250.00 mistake. I always thought a debit was instant atleast it was deducted in an instant. Support just made me feel like I just made it up, you ask me to send in items as proof but you still can't do anything. And as players our hands are tied and we have to wait. That's what makes me mad!

I have replied to your PM, I do think you are being a little unfair, I appreciate it is frustrating, however as support said the statement you sent clearly shows it as a pending transaction.
We have contacted the Processor to double check.
Again we apologise for the inconvenience.

I wasn't being unfair , just was confused. I didn't understand how it was debited but nobody knew where the deposit went.

This morning it was found and credited to my account. Thanks for locating funds inetbet.

I do apologize to Emily and the staff at Inetbet for my little rant the other day. You guys are really one of the best out there and always have been!!

I was being a bit unfair, I should have been a little more patient. I will continue to support and play as long as i am able to do so.
