Hi,

I was offered a deposit bonus offer , which I claimed and won with.
At first their customer support made mistake and credited me the wrong amount, so I went back on chat to have it fixed.

After completely 25,000 $ wagering, my balance was somewhere near 5600.

600 total remained (400 was my deposit) + 200 extra

They claim that only 600 is withdrawal which absolutely does not make sense. Because the rule 4.4 they have on their site for free cash / free spins / non deposit offer is max 200 win.

This rule does not apply to me as it was a deposit offer.

Chat is not helpful, and I can't seem to find any information about their gaming license. I also asked for their gaming license and they are not willing to provide it.

Can someone help me ? maybe there is a casino rep here, but I can't find anyone on this website.

Here ya go max cash out from deposit bonus is 5k the mix up will no doubt have so thing to do with the bonus being screwed up

Thank you, I know the maximum cashout with 100 % and over bonus are limited to 5000$.

But they messed up, and I think credited me a "non-deposit" bonus. So I believe this is why I was left with 600 balance.

Chat support isn't helping and I don't know anymore where to get help.

AFAIK, they do not have a licence at all.
