What?

As some may know. I am trying to receive my winnings. I was told to submit my ID and a form of bill. I submitted my Driver's License and my Bank Statement. So for several weeks I got every excuse one can imagine. 1st it was it was too small can you make it larger? 2nd We are having problems receiving emails. 3rd Our Banking is closed for weekend and will get back in 48hrs. 48hrs turned into 4 days. 4th Can you please go get your ID and Bank Statement Notarized? (Note: I gave them the phone # to both GA Driver's Licenses, And My Bank.) AS of Today I have gotten them notarized and Need to figure out how to send them with the Notary seal via email or fax.

So now here is the latest excuse: Hi Mishun,

This is David Brickman, Jackpot Factory spokesman. I am responding to your query regarding your withdrawal in place of Emma, who had to leave the office a bit early today.

The delay with your payment is related to some outstanding returns with Firepay. According to casino policy we are unable to pay the withdrawal until the returns are cleared up. In an effort to expedite this matter what we are willing to do is pay the withdrawal minus the return amount. We are simply waiting for our processor to respond with the exact amount.

I sincerely apologize for the delay with your withdrawal but I wish to assure you that you will get paid. I have made that promise on this forum numerous times. All Jackpot Factory players get paid.

We should have some more information for you within 24 hours. I thank you in advance for your cooperation with this matter.

All the best,

David Brickman
Jackpot Factory Spokesman

HELLLLLO! I AM IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. I AM NEW TO YOUR CASINO. I NEVER USED A FIREPAY. MY FUNDS WAS DEPOSITED THROUGH QUICKTENDER. THIS GROUP HAS TO HAVE THE WRONG PERSON. OR JUST RUNNING THRU EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK. HE MR. BRICKMAN I GOT THOSE DOCUMENTS NOTARIZED. NOW WHAT?

Have you ever used firepay?

Don't let them fool you. I was in the EXACT SAME situation with another group (that should remain nameless). My bank denied a couple of transactions because of the UIGEA rolling up on us, so I was left with owing Firepay money.

You know what their (paraphrased) response to me was?

"Your account will not be reopened. (duh!)"

Bottom line is, I have emails stating the fact that they WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS FOR ANY MONEY OWED TO THEM BY ANY AMERICAN.

For JF to come out and say they'll send you your money MINUS what's owed to Firepay is complete BS. They need to get their facts straight.

...if in fact you do owe Firepay any money in the first place.

At least the casino in question on my account both re-opened my account AND paid my winnings in the end. IMO they did the right thing. Let's see what JF does.

edit: I can back up everything I have said here, if needed.

Thanks...But the thing is I NEVER USED FIREPAY. I NEVER PLAYED AT HIS CASINO BEFORE! I SWEAR ON MY LIFE. MR BRICKMAN EITHER HAS THE WRONG PERSON OR SHOT OUT OR SOMETHING.

mishun, have you ever used Firepay at another casino ? The processor doesn't care whether it was this casino or not, it could have been another casino outside of this group...

"I NEVER USED FIREPAY!!!!"

Well this is F****d Up then, judging by what we were discussing in the other thread regarding this, it still sounds to me as though they are definitely stalling now and going off the Rogue end...wish I could tell you something that would make you feel better about getting paid but it doesn't look good...

Did you get in touch with their Rep here ? Tell them you want to see something in writing relating to you ever using Firepay...make the bastards prove it to you...

Even tho JPF's getting a reputation for dragging their feet as to paying US players, this time they seem bound and damn determined that there's something fishy about this account.

Hope you get it worked out.

I won sth last week from jpf(see my winner screenshot). I am an Oz.
I ask the wins to be sent to my money-booker.
Any withdrawals over 1000 have not been processed.
Date were in 29-Jan-2008, 01-Feb-2008.

3 month, I played to the VIP level. Think how much I waged. If I was not getting paid.
Then no more play.

I trust them, I hope jpf can get things sort out.

There is nothing wrong about my account. I can show you my Quicktender information, my Driver License, and Bank Statement.

I have received all withdrawals from Casino Action and Vegas 7 group. Without any hassle, NONE! Even got one on Monday from Villento. This is the 1st time I've played at this group of casinos. I even made several deposits via quicktender doing this session. Im not out to defraud anyone. Its just this one GD casino that is being an A$$!

The JPF is trustworth. So do not worry you will not get paid.
I suppose that is the some fucking banking regulation again.

Hi, JPF, players are your most valuable assets, do not let us down.:notworthy

YIKES, flashbacks of my most excellent experience with Brickman and company. Sorry you're having so much trouble, but it is predictable. A couple of things: If they are so concerned with I.D. (all sites), why is it so damn easy to deposit money and so F'ing hard to withdraw it!! I am currently still waiting for a payment of $1100 from a MG site. They tell me that if the amount is over $2500 they can ACH to my US bank account. If under the $2500 threshold, it has to be a check???? From all I've gathered, there is no ACH anymore in the states, yet they can do it at larger amounts??? Just another BS excuse from a BS group (JF). On the bight side, after they jerk you around and you are good and pissed at them, they will make you a VIP! HAHAHA That's what happened in my case. I am patiently (barely) waiting for my check to arrive from Villento, hope they don't subscribe to the same business practices as some MGs do. I.D., phone bills, etc. it is all crap. If I've deposited thousands of dollars with you, I expect the check to be on it's way without the hoops. Please USA, see the light and legalize this industry!!! Sorry to get off on a tangent, but some of you know of my "love" for JF.

Your withdrawal

Dear Mishun,
I am pleased to hear that you had your documents notarized; please scan and send to support a.s.a.p (note- the attachment needs to be less than 2MB).

Our Financial department were informed by FirePay that you have an outstanding account with them. We contacted them to know the exact details of the returns and are still waiting for their reply. As soon as we have the full details from FirePay we will of course let you know. Meantime, as David explained, it is casino policy not to pay any withdrawal until the returns are cleared. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to assist you and make sure that you receive your withdrawal.

I thank you again for your patience and will get back to you asap.

Kind regards,

Emma Ormston

How do I owe FIREPAY? I NEVER EVER EVER SIGNED UP WITH FIREPAY. Have I ever used any ewallet (beside quicktender) to fund your casino? NO! You state "Our Financial department were informed by FirePay that you have an outstanding account with them." With YOU or FIREPAY? This is crazy, are you guys hurting that bad from the pullout of the US market? YOU OWE ME! I NEVER USED FIREPAY AT YOUR CASINO. WHAT'S NEXT YOU GOING TO TAKE OUT FOR CHILD SUPPORT? JESUS CHRIST, THIS GROUP IS A GD JOKE!!!

oyw, I'm sure you meant to say don't worry, you will get paid. But, your statement "don't worry, you will not get paid" sure doesn't instill confidence HAHA! I hope they pay too, I'll never know though as they have lost all facade of integrity with me. Good Luck!

Emma, I can tell you for a fact that it is impossible to pay Firepay any monies owed to them if you reside in the USA. I can send you emails of my exchange with them when I tried to clear up an outstanding balance (because of the UIGEA).

Even if this player does in fact owe firepay money, it's virtually impossible to give it back to them, either directly or indirectly. If the processor were to take the money owed to firepay, IMO they would be pocketing it.

Besides, it seems Firepay is now defunct and going belly up.

Effective Monday, December 10, 2007, FirePay will no longer allow funding, spending, or payment transactions. FirePay account holders will still be able to access their account to review their online statement, register and validate their bank account, and withdraw any existing balance free of charge for a 150-day period ending on Thursday, May 8, 2008. After this date the FirePay website will no longer allow account access and all further inquiries will have to be directed to FirePay via email at info@firepay.com. Any requests for withdrawal of a remaining balance after Thursday, May 8, 2008, will incur a $25 payment handling fee. Please sign in to your account now at www.firepay.com to confirm whether you have a balance and, if so, to initiate a free withdrawal.

Well I sent JF my "Notarized" Documents. And I also contacted Firepay 3 days ago. As of today I haven't heard 1 word from Firepay. NOTHING! So lets see how it goes with my documents.

You'll have to wait at least 2 weeks+ to hear anything from Firepay. But as I've mentioned before, all they're going to tell you is that they will not accept any money that's owed to them. It's wonder they're going out of business....I can just imagine how much they're losing in revenue by not collecting any money from Americans because their banks refused to pay up. I can only assume that their lawyers told them not to accept any money from Americans, even if it's owed to them.

GOT PAID IN FULL TODAY, CLOSE TREND! I will also be closing my account with JF. 1 the hassle of making me got thru these hoops. 2 lying on me by saying I owe from Firepay when I never had a firepay account. But thank you JF for doing the right thing and paying up.

So Jackpot Factory was stalling with your payment then...and the Firepay excuse was just total BS...sounds like this bunch should win a free trip to the ROGUE Pit...why the hell can't these online casinos that refuse to pay in a timely manner just be straight forward and tell the damn truth every now and then...what's with all the BS Jackpot Factory...if you are short on money, just say so and stop with all the BS please...

Their Processor (Inexia) could not organise a p*** up in a brewery without outside help. This is most likely what happend again this time, they finally got this "outside help" in the form of having David review the matter, and found it to be a complete balls-up.

There IS, however, the Firepay issue for those US players who ended up owing them money, but can NEVER pay the balance owing to Firepay. This incident seems to indicate that ALL AMERICANS who have ended up with a Firepay debit can NEVER AGAIN play at ANY online casino because the processors can all see a "black mark" recorded by Firepay against the player.

Since Firepay REFUSE to allow this debt to be cleared, it is legally NOT A DEBT ANY LONGER (written off), and the "black mark" records should be PURGED from the risk management systems used by the casinos.

This particular case even shows that these "black marks" themselves are suspect, being recorded against players who have NEVER even USED Firepay, let alone owe them money.
Perhaps Firepay deliberately kept the "black mark" on record to keep the option open to recover the monies should UIGEA ever be repealed, but it has been the PLAYER that has suffered, simply because Firepay is covering their own asses for the future, and sod the poor customers who suffer from an unresolvable negative credit record. This is certainly not the FIRST time a casino has played this particular "Firepay card" as an excuse for non-payment, and it will not be the last.

Good points, but what about the fact that Firepay is no longer doing business except for processing withdrawals from customers that have a balance?

Why should the processors care about if Firepay has a player blackballed or not, anymore? They're basically a defunct company now. It appears that after May 8th, they'll be out of business for good. My opinion? GOOD RIDDANCE.

ps: I can see a handful of MG casinos now....scurrying around to figure out another excuse to use, because the Firepay excuse won't work. But when you look at the following statement, they shouldn't have been able to pull the Firepay card since December 10th. Even if someone owed Firepay money, how are they supposed to repay it? USA resident or not.

Well, since JPF have just played this card, even if in error, perhaps THEY, through David, can explain WHY this card is STILL being played past 10th December 2007.
