I'd like to give you ONE BIG HUG for all your concern and tireless efforts during my recent ordeal with UK CASINO CLUB.
Without Renee, might have been different outcome altogether.
All is well ... I GOT PAID!
Eventually.
But had I not found Renee here at Casinomeister perhaps it would never have happened.
I'd have lost my cool.
Got good and Nasty... Accomplished nothing!
A long story to tell.
AUGUST 2010 : Had a decent win, first in years after following a link from a CR promo, depositing, being told in chat that bonus would follow, then being informed by "The Software" despite thousands of loyalty points - including RewardsRiches lotto ticket wins - that Bonus Abuse was behind my inelegibility!

No response to emails... So Renee is consulted.
Explains that over the years I'd received More in bonuses than I had actually deposited, so I'd "never really RISKED anything".

I never asked for any Bonuses.
They were offered! Sure I tried your Free lotto tickets, Beta Tests and the like.
So ok ... Stop sending promos Puh-Leeze!
But anyway, I already deposited my 50 - Lose, win, lose, w.. and hey Cash Out $300. Politely leave $100 in (blew that soon enough) 3 days later 300 is credited at Neteller. No docs request either - money straight back to where it came from!
Beauty! Casino Rewards is looking ok Bryan...
Deposit some more.
REWARDS bonuses yet? Who cares! Look 9 days later I'm cashing out another $200. Same result; Promptly credited to Neteller a/c.
Still have a balance...
So I start playing slots "tournaments".
Only ever won $1.75 in 4 years. Honest!
WHACKO! Hit a big one this time. $2000 WIN!
Think they'll give it to me?
Not without a fight they won't!
"Computer problems" says one chat operator.
"You've been suspended" says another.
Yeah, right... says me

And help she does! Wow. Does this girl over deliver!
Finally, finally the not very well oiled UKCC machinery fires up and that win is credited too.
Takes a couple of weeks - but Renee got me my money.
And that's why I bothered to post this.

Remain calm; Keep your cool. Always assume that some dolt at the other end might be doing a job they hate and it doesn't morally oblige Them to care very much about YOU.
CM membership has certain advantages for us players.
Perhaps it's a wise move to make EARLY contact with the rep for whichever Casino you're playing at.

Tell Renee you read my story and I bet she'll look after you.
Even the mighty Renee got it wrong once, but her replies to my emails were always encouraging, understanding and thoroughly competent.
In a similar situation You can have a true and valuable ally.
Casino Rewards partners might not be fully endorsed by Bryan, but my problems here needed nothing more than a degree of patience and a Leave It To RENEE approach.
Perhaps the entire group redeems itself on account of what one person accomplished here.
Remember, it's a virtual world we're playing in.
Have some appreciation for the shortcomings of real world individuals employed in an industry whose dissatisfied customers likely exposes them to plenty of bile.
Just be nice!
And don't be in such a hurry. Let it happen.
