Long overdue imho
Just made mention of this recently to a vip rep, I'm fine with making a decision to feed winnings back in with deposits and taking responsibility for doing so if it doesn't go my way somehow though when it's done on a reversal it leaves that nagging sensation that there is somewhere else to point the finger..

That's it in a nutshell isn't it! We can be left with a bad taste in our mouth. Even if after a reversal we successfully withdraw a smaller amount than originally planned. I'm thinking tut tut that could have been 1000 instead of 750 etc etc .

In a perfect world obviously a lot of reversals would not happen as everyone would be disciplined enough to walk away after either withdrawing in entirety or losing the last bit of money left in there to play with(I've done this several times).
But it's not a perfect world so we as a breed reverse at least some to try our luck again.
Reversal can be a successful option to have too. Just imo the bad far outweighs the good.

So will this only affect UK players ? Im sure if they can apply it to the system rest of the world will still have the reverse option

Would be eaier to make it for all than only one local, not sure if any have implemented it to others as well, only UKGC is demanding it, AFAIK no other regulators have demanded this.

I know its most likely easier but if they can still make thousunds others revers im sure they jump at the option

Less work for casinos when no need to monitor players reversing withdrawals, assume most of them take it as RG sign if somebody hardly ever can get withdrawal processed but reverse them after few hours if not processed.

William Hill still reversing withdrawals too, not unexpected that they will leave it as long as possible as they clearly use it to try recoup money on the busiest part of the week.

Withdrawals Mon-Thurs sit reversible up to 11pm the same day a withdrawal is made. But anything from Thursday to Sunday won't be processed until 11pm Sunday or sometimes 11pm Monday.

Thank you for your patience whilst we have investigated your complaint, we have now conducted a thorough review of your account and we are in a position to respond in full.

The UKGC announced an 12/05/2020 that the reversal withdrawal option should be removed as soon as possible. Due to the length of time that has passed since this announcement was made, we have not made any changes to our reverse withdrawal feature as we have not yet had a reasonable amount of time to do this.

Further, if you are struggling to leave withdrawals in a pending state, we offer the Take a Break feature which can be applied in the Responsible Gaming section of the website. This feature allows you to place your account on a break, during which you will be unable to log in, for 24 hours to 6 weeks. If you are unsure how to apply this yourself, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to apply this on your behalf.

Due to concerns that we have, we have temporarily suspended your online account. Should you wish to discuss these concerns, as well as the status of your account, please confirm your contact number as well as your availability.

We appreciate that this is not the outcome that you were hoping for, however, we hope that you can understand our position on the matter.

Yours sincerely,

"Due to concerns that we have" - that's a bit vague, no? Beating around the bush, and rather putting the blame on the player (who's account should be suspended in their opinion, no elaboration given) than admitting their delay in adhering to the new UKGC rule.

BUT, If you ask them to take reversing away from you, when ever you do a withdrawal to paypal you get the funds in less than 5 mintues any day of the week and any time as its done instantly and no checks, Been using it for over a year now as was sick of waiting for ages over weekend

Still reversing at 32Red, and promoting it.
Maybe they haven't had time to remove the reverse option yet.
But it would only take a couple of minutes to change their withdrawal email template.
And I'm not sure what this sentence is about...
"We will send you a confirmation of the exact amount being credited, once the refund has taken place." ????
