Badly handled indeed matey and I found myself getting more wound up as I read along....
Trouble is and I'll keep this brief, despite all their "glowing reports" VS does not seem to react well to criticism, even when constructive and when its a case of "The customer is always right" nor react well when it is their own mistakes.
Dan is probably the best rep we could ask for but even at times, I feel his responses are scripted from higher management.
Given today's market, competition etc it doesn't matter how small a fish in how big a pond you are, end of the day, you're still a customer and a good one at that.
PS: those 200%'ers are a joke - I have had 3 now, useless to low rollers and almost impossible to beat WR with their shocking bad payouts lol. See how they've replace so many FS rewards with 4x race points, 200% etc, feels like not getting rewarded at all.
