rejected coupon

I went to use a coupon today at all star slots and it was rejected. I haven't use a coupon there in a while but funds are low this week and would have enjoyed the a little extra. Here is a copy of the chat I had with support.

barbara duffy: my coupon BIGJACKPOT60 was rejected. can you please tell me why

Natasha: Ok this coupon is actually subject to status

barbara duffy: what does that mean

barbara duffy: how do u get status..lol

Natasha: that these are subject and only work in specific accounts

barbara duffy: i can ask how come but i dont think I'll get an answer

Natasha: If you wish to be able to use these coupons you need to send us an email and we can pass this to the promotions teams for you

barbara duffy: thank for your time

barbara duffy: bye

Natasha: Your welcome take care

WTF... it says nothing on their website about status. Has this happened to anyone else? For me to send and email to promotions is to much of a bother and to many other casino's to chose from.

I'm having the same problem. looks like all their sites have the same promo which can't be redeemed
 
I had the same a while ago.
Cannot remember exactly, but it was something like that I could claim 50%, then 75%, then 100% and if I claimed all 3 of them I would be elegible for a 150% weekend match.
But after claiming the 50 and 75%, the 100% appeared to be 'subject to status'.:mad:
I was 'generating an income' on their non-cashable slots-only bonuses, only playing Reel-series slots.:rolleyes:
How I wish that was true!!!:D


Guess my current status is still 'BONUS-ABUSER'.
