Hi I didnt know where to post having only joined now. I have been playing on jackpot city and I finished playign free spins and went out and saw something funny on my screen as I was going out. I decided to go back in to see what the weird thing popped up was and to my AMAZEMENT i saw I had 100 thousand pounds from my credit of around 40 dollars. I must have hit a jackpot of somekind. I was excited as you can imagine I was telling everyone jumping for joy. I decided to spin a 6.25 credit showing and to my HORROR it said system error .I took video and pics of the screen from my phone as it was on the laptop
They have been giving me the runaround making me send them these pics the other day. I never heard from them. I sent them today and they said the following to give them another 2 days...Sounds like SCAMMERS TO ME JACKPOT CITY BEWARE

We have approved and accepted all the documents yesterday, as I can see the status in our operations team as in progress.

Sounds like a genuine system fault to me. I have seen my credit briefly fluctuate with a random number before but not at Jackpot City.

Were you actually playing a game that was linked to a jackpot though, if so what was it, there are only a few such games like that?

I have had no problem with Jackpot City at all in regards to payments/withdrawals/deposits.

I just want to say that because I am a loyal player with them, have been for about two years.

Please explain your story a bit more.

Why would you defend a system fault? IF you say a system fault is tolerated than how do you know your money is not being used to play on a system thats been affected. You say you have had this done to you but did you ever get credited and or reimbursed for a system fault found that took your money and never refunded? I was playing mega moolah progressive jackpot. There is never any excuse for system faults showing credits that are not yours... I have been playing on poker sites online for years and NEVER has there been an issue with FALSE credits showing. This is unacceptable and can never trust a system that has these system errors. Good luck

I would be upset too and I would certainly pursue it! It's a big claim you are making so they would need at least 48 hours to go through the electronic records which would be standard practice...they would have thousands and thousands of players...I think they review everything that someone wins especially big wins through a proper and thorough process. You are dealing with different people in different departments with different responsibilities s the answers you didn't like are standard. I think the word 'scam' is a bit tough?

Thing is, you didn't see the Mega Moolah wheel at all and the bet size showed 6.25 which wasn't even your play. System error is automatic response to cross data contamination.

I have had false reading on my credit, including bet size, then got system error or I close game come back and its back to normal.

It will be interesting to see the answers you get.

thanks for your your reply .yes its upsetting. hard to trust aplaying when there can be system faults. i am chatting now with them. they can use this excuse with any wins?

jackpot city stated my pics of the 100 thousand pounds credit showing is not valid because that was not on their system. They also didnt want to acknowledge the system error. I took not only pics but videos of it. HOW CAN YOU TRUST JACKPOT CITY WHEN THEY DENY PAYOUTS?

I went to copy and paste the chats but he just deleted the whole thing... NEVER TRUST JACKPOT CITY they will just fob you off with no recourse. I had pics but they wont acknowledge em but state invalid. what a sick site

I have been chatting with JACKPOT CITY today but i didnt get a chance to copy and paste the conversation because they quickly deleted the chat. They cannot be trusted. I had 100 thousands pounds showing on my credits and then when I went to spin it said system error. Of course they denied any of this and stated my pics were invalid because they didnt have any of it on record. I also have videos but dont want to stress any more time and effort wasting by sending it in to them. I am happy to send it here for the forums to warn players away from jackpot city. they didnt want to acknowledge system error either.
 
as soon as I read this I thought it was an error. Firstly surely you would notice if you won some sort of jackpot? Secondly, if you are playing in $ then why would it show your balance in £'s?

I would upload the videos to youtube then link to them on here and people will most likely be able to see whats gone on and advise further.

One thing I can tell you 100%, if I genuinely thought I was owed £100000 from a casino, they said screenshots were no good, and I had videos as proof, even though I might think, what a hassle, I would upload them and send them over to make my point.

Anyone who is semi good in photoshop can change a balance on a screenshot, its much harder on a video, and, much easier to see a video's been manipulated.
 
Gotta ask, yes you say you had !00,000 showing on credits but did you witness any sort of win??

I know 100% fact the systems would NOT miss a win of this magnitude, hey they can even pick up each 0.5x stake win for the last how many years so Its a reliable system.

Sure we get the odd case of "gremlins in the works" but with the utmost respect I personally think you're trying it on over nothing more than a software glitch rather than a game malfunction.

In 15 years I've NEVER come across a JP value / winner which has been to the exact amount you describe, there's always odd pounds / pence, dollars /cents, EG: £104,719.56 and NOT $100.000.

Either way as I sat nowt personal and god luck moving forward but if you deem my post factual (as I feel many will) I'd move on.

Hi under normal circumstances I would be happy to do just that. In fact if casino meister want the video and pics I would happily provide it on the forum. I will not provide it to jackpot city however because its a waste of time. Their response was utter lies. They told me the pic i showed them was not matched by what they saw on their side. I know for a fact 100 per cent I saw others saw from here too. So whats the point of showing them any more when they will deny it as they already blatantly have, I dont know why they would show a balance in pounds but it showed it alongside my username which was correct. How can we be sure their systems are reliable if they wont even acknowledge a mistake even if it was .. NO WAY JACKPOT CITY ARE TRUSTWORTHY

People are asking you for proof of your claims. Post them.

Sorry to say, but if you are sure that you won a Jackpot, saw all these signs and end result of your round, you would have noticed it right away. There unfortunately can be some update and moment issues in balances which are really temporary errors or visual sights which of course is not nice.

You have many option to get justice for your game play:

- Contact casino and ask your game round be analyzed by game provider and provide you result of that, your result is known at the moment your press spin and RNG take care of rest and all logs are there.

- If not getting result your want and you still are 100% sure that you have won that money (amount is really not anything Jackpots usually are, not that exact numbers), you can still try to claim PAB if you haven't pissed of Max and Bryan already with your claims but then at least stop posting here about topic before result.

- Make it official through their license provider by providing proofs you say you have, only moment incorrectly showing balance is something what don't bring you Jackpot if it's can't be found from your game history. Game provider for sure know and verify all JP winners, don't worry about that.

Game what you state you won that, haven't give out JP in little while what would match your time frame. These JP games like Mega Moolah, casinos are more than happy to pay winners to get nice article on their site and also because it's not their own money but collected from all casinos who provide this game and every spin to these type of games growing JP so can really say that it's JP for casino when somebody win this kind of progressive JP from their site to add that nice article and use in newsletter to promote that somebody won big from us.

I'm sorry but your story is bit hard to believe, but you have steps to go on, if you win progressive JP game provider always know 100% sure who and when have won it and if you claim official complaint, you for sure will be informed if you have been winning it or was it some unfortunate graphical issue in your balance for moment.

Just my experience when worked in casinos several years, if you have honest claim, you do get your winnings, if there is unfortunately incorrect balance showing in your screen, then casino owes you apologies and maybe some little goodwill if you can show it but there is no need for them to steal your jackpots which have marketing value for them for free.

E: Ps. You speak waist of time to provide anything to casino in question, how much more time you have spent to write to this topic with your accuses than sending one email to them?

Hi I just posted the video from jackpot city showing that i had a balance of 100 thousand pounds. the progressive jackpots were still progresssing in the background/ I posted it on facebook just now waiting on approval from casinomeister. it was easier for me to post on facebook jackpot city denied having this on their screens
 
Unless you were playing a jackpot game you will not have won one, they are awarded usually via a bonus round or wheel spin.

Also any win and balance change will be logged in playcheck (my account > view my game history) if there no record of it in there then you didn't win and its prob just a visual bug.

my balance once went to 214 million on 32red, like you i has a momentary shock like "did i just win a jackpot?" but no it was just a display bug and disappeared after a second or so plus I wasnt even playing any jackpot games.

What game was this?
Recent jackpots can be checked on 3rd party sites such as Old URL I'm not seeing any recent 100k microgaming jackpots.
