How long does Jackpot City Withdrawal take?

Hi all, I’m new to the online casino world (I usually play on our provincial government site only). A couple of weeks ago I tried Jackpotcity and Won a sizeable amount. All my documents were verified but its coming on 2 weeks and it’s still “with operations“. how long does it usually take?

Depends where you play, really. You'll find sites that pay in 2 weeks or more, and some processed within 5 min

They were widely lambasted on here if you search the old threads. They also I believe offered unethical 'reverse withdrawal' bonuses and indulged in dodgy advertising on occasion. So I cannot bring anything positive to the way you feel here.

I don't have any recent experience of this lot, but @maxd will know if they are still kosher and cooperative if it came to a PAB or complaint, assuming you don't get paid in the meantime.

Usually with Jackpot City I get my withdrawals within about 3 days. 2 weeks is way too long, unless you won a large sum of money - sometimes the amount can make things take longer (although it really shouldn't).

As long as you only have one account with them and didn't break any bonus rules (if you played with a bonus) then you'll be fine.

… yep, they were large withdrawals, over $20k for both (I know I should be happy but i had to spend to make $). every CSR I spoke to said there are no problems with the rules, I’ve fulfilled all obligations. But like I said, after reading the reviews online I started to panic. ?

I made a withdrawal on the 23rd of Aug and it's now the 27th and still hasn't arrived, tried talking to them. There is no live chat it's an automated bot that is not useful, no email adress to follow up or speak to a real person really sucks. My withdrawal is 4k
