RedFlush - Good Experience

Hi All,

I just wanted to mention the good experience I had RedFlush casino. There was no bullshitting or delay tactics in paying me.

On Sunday night I deposited $300 at RedFlush casino and within a few hours I had won over $13,000 playing Dark Night & Break the Bank.
I put through my withdrawal request late on Sunday night. On Monday I received a call from the casino rep congratulating me and offered me Amazon voucher as a present. On Tuesday my withdrawal was processed and I received the money in my bank account the following day.

I play at Red Flush too, never had any issues. They are actually faster at paying me than 32Red.
Well, the 24 hour pending period is a bit of a nuisance, but as soon as a withdrawal is processed it always takes less than 24 hours to reach my bank account.
By comparison, I made a £400 withdrawal from 32Red on Tuesday afternoon that was flushed immediately and it's still not in my bank account...

I just wanted to say that IMO rewarding you with a gift voucher is a great move for them, especially towards gaining customer loyalty. It's the little gestures that make a good casino great

That's actually very nice of them. I don't think I have ever received a call to congratulate me from any Casino, let alone a voucher ... I have had many big wins.

The CS at Club Red Gaming group really is top notch, have talked with plenty of them and they are always very fast, literate, polite, professional etc.
Would recommend to anyone

How does anybody get hits like that on TDK? It's in the same "avoid like the plague" bracket for me as Breakaway, Robin Hood (MG), Alaskan Fishing, Leagues Of Fortune etc.
