RedFlush - GiroPay problem

Hallo,

habe per GiroPay eine Einzahlung vorgenommen, da Skrill nicht (mehr) funktioniert.
Überweisung wurde ausgeführt, Geld sofort von meinem Konto abgebucht.....aber RedFlush behauptet kein Geld bzw. Bestätigung erhalten zu haben.
GiroPay hat mir ebenfalls die Zahlung telefonisch bestätigt, sowie eine Transaktionsnummer und Giropay-Nr. übermittelt. Diese wurde auch an das Casino weiter gegeben.

Trotzdem wird mir das Geld nicht im Casino gutgeschrieben. Im Chat sagt man eiskalt, das es bis zu 48 Std. dauern kann, was einer normalen Überweisung und nicht einer GiroPay Zahlung entsprechen würde.

Habe ein Turnier gespielt, bei dem ich kurz vor Schluss 20 Freespins bekommen habe, nur war die Zeit abgelaufen und ich wollte per Zahlung verlängern.
Da das Geld angeblich nicht bestätigt wurde, sind jetzt natürlich auch die Freespins weg und keine Verlängerung möglich.

Man hätte seitens des Casinos, auch den Betrag gutschreiben können, da sie ja die Transaktions-Nr. haben.....aber nein, der Spieler wird hingehalten.

Das war das letzte Mal, das ich dort eingezahlt habe.....Finger weg !!!!

Sollten die Freespins nicht immer verfuegbar sein? Ich meine, sobald das Geld gutschrieben ist, kannst ja weiterspeielen oder laeuft das Turnier bald ab??

You could continue once the money is credited or is the tourney ending soon??

now it is, the money is indeed arrived at Database, but the casino has to wait until it is credited to the casino?

Normally, the casino only gets an acknowledgment from Giropay and shall immediately credit good, now they have even received the amount yet to write it not my account well. It is called each time, it may take several days!

Nothing wrong here. Indirect payments always have a delay, as was stated above 48 hours. You get a bonus round in a tourney and the time expires during it - that's the rules of the tourney, when your time's up it's up.....This has happened to me many times in the past. Most tourneys last for a few days, so if your deposit credits in 48 hours you should be OK to continue, unless you entered the tourney just before the end.
Swearing and hissy fitting will get you nowhere. RF are accredited and I play there, so I know they are straight. Yes, I can understand your frustration, but the casino has done NOTHING wrong here.

this is not correct, a Giropay payment is the same as Moneybookers, Neteller or KK.
all payments are IMMEDIATELY available in the casino.
it have passed 58 hours!

I then also paid in another casino 2x Giropay and the amount was within 5 seconds on my casino account.

So it is defenitiv to RF!!
 
If it makes the OP feel any better, if your MG tourney ends and you have free spins to play, (or in play), if you continue you do not continue with the free spins, just with more coins.

I wanted to pay in order to play the free spins down to improve my position. because the money has not arrived at my casino account, I had to finish the tournament without the 20 free games to play.

Sorry, but you aren't making any sense. I have no idea what your complaint is all about. My suggestion is to allow their support to properly deal with this. Since they are working with a third party (Giropay), then you need to have some patience.
