After months and months of withdrawals without issue. It seems that my request for 3k euros has triggered a request to me for ID. Plus the warning that it could take up to 3 days to verify me.

Delaying tactic? Seemingly no 10 minute withdrawal time this time. For one of my hits see winner screenshots

It can happen and it's possibly down to the licensing jurisdiction. It happened to me at Jackpot Party after I hit a certain withdrawal threshold, I just submitted my docs as requested, they were approved same day, payment was made as usual, job done.

At the end of the day all casinos reserve the right to request docs whenever they want, so whilst I can appreciate it's annoying I'd simply submit them ASAP and then see how long it takes them to verify them and pay you - as that's where the delay would probably come in if they were trying to stall.

Back when I registered with RedBet (that was a while ago) Andy told me that I didn't need to send ID's yet but they'll be required to request them after I reach $XXXX in withdrawals (don't remember the exact number but I think that he said €1200).

Same thing happened with GUTS, Unibet and other similar casinos.

Not a delaying tactic, it's legit.

I think with Guts the threshold is something like 2500 euro. If Redbet is like Guts they will probably approve the docs quickly. The 3 days quoted is probably the worst case scenario. Congrats on the win DemonUk
