Redbet first deposit issue

So, I was recommended Redbet through the reviews on here and my first experience has been frustrating to say the least. The staff seem friendly but they do not seem to have much control over things. Apparently my deposit is going a security clearance, and has been taken out my account but isn't showing on my redbet account. I get it's a waiting game but come on still not approved? No other casino has done this to me. I get i may have been a little rude to said customer support but I'm a little frustrated. Anyone else have this issue?

They are doing this with 1st time deposit, to ensure it's not fraudulent - once you're verified you will be able to deposit instantly as many times as you want.

Indeed, but it says on their site, "*) For security reasons, we need to verify the identity of all credit card holders before approval. This procedure normally takes a few minutes. Please make sure that your personal details are correct, otherwise we will not be able to accept your card." It's been 4 hours.

Never happened to me. Deposit was instant.

Did not know about this one, but I never deposit using credit/debit cards, Neteller only - and Redbet does not have a prior verification in place for first-time Neteller deposits in my experience.
