Why is that Redbet has such a high rating, but their customer cannot be contacted 24hrs?
They can only be reached from 9am to 1am UK time, which does not help me because I'm from Australia.

Why does Redbet have such a high rating when their customer service is not available 24hrs?
They're only available from 9am-1am UK time, which I think is pretty poor when they have customers from different time zones (i.e. Australia). If they're going to offer entertainment to different time zones then they should provide the necessary support. I have to wait over 8 hours to get an answer on a very simple account question, which could be resolved if they had live chat 24hrs.

no problem
Next time you want help, try posting and waiting for a response instead of starting another thread in under 15 minutes asking the EXACT same thing - people arent sitting around just waiting to answer your Qs. In fact, within 12 minutes, someone DID answer it, so you're welcome

there was no need to call me 'high maintenance'.....that is an insult

That's like me saying you sir a 'no life loser who spends his days answering questions about gambling'...

well, wasnt that EXACTLY what you wanted - someone to answer your questions? You did post here, I didnt come looking for you.

The fact of the matter is, the casino has a high rating because they have excellent support - they just don't happen to be at your beck and call - support is professional and helpful, Andy addresses any player concerns he finds here, they have a history of working with players.
Don't like the fact they don't have 24 hour live chat support? Well, don't play there - it isn't a secret, they list it right under support on their homepage their hours of live chat operation. You can find it out before signing up and depositing. If it's closed, use email or contact the rep. Many casinos have 24 hour support on live chat - many dont. No biggie. Email support will get back to you.

I personally, dont play at inetbet because they dont have live chat. However, I'm aware they dont live chat, so I dont play there. Simple.
But as for redbet - support is excellent - one of the best.

If you don't trust the answers given by CM members, why on Earth are you bothering to ask CM members? That makes no sense.

Who cares if they advertise? They're a business. I doubt you play there for the charitable contributions. CM ranks casinos based on their ability to provide good consistent service. Which they do. If you don't trust the CM standards, it's pointless to come onto CM and ask for opinions.

It's just a conflict of interest. Getting paid to advertise a casino and then offering a highly favorable view of a casino. If you can't see the issue there, then I would suspect your getting paid for your opinions.

The rating system is 100% transparent and is strictly objective. The only subjective part about it is the .4 points they might get for community participation.

Read up on it a bit before spewing crap. Thank you.

If the rating system is 100% objective, then why tarnish that by having casinos provide payment for advertising on your site?
It's a conflict of interest. It's like a tobacco company sponsoring cancer research, and concluding that cigarettes don't cause cancer.

I suspect now you guys might ban be for questioning your integrity...

You do realise that the rating system is also based on members from the forum? Not all of it but we do have input on it. If it was not objective then all of the casinos would be scoring 9's and 10's.

No, it isn't like that at all. Bryan doesnt promote rogue casinos and you won't find garbage casinos here being honoured.

I can see it going something like this:
X Casino: we're happy to be recognized on your site.
Bryan: thanks, you're a fine casino, an 8 under the ratings system.
X Casino: Can I have a 10?
Bryan: No. You're an 8.

The point is, standards have to be met to be accredited. RedBet meets them. Just because you don't like their lack of 24 hour live support, doesnt detract from them being a fine (nay, great) establishment. As (already) pointed out, there's criteria to be met to get certain ratings...it isn't arbitrary, and it isn't greased palms. You're new. Try actually reading threads about the casinos and you'll have a better idea.

Its rather a perceived conflict of interest. The issue of casinos being advertisers on this site could be questioned when they are accorded favourable ratings on this site. This was discussed in some depth many years ago. However, I have been here long enough to proudly say there is no correlation between the two. Actually, you called their high rating into question because they were not available on live chat round the clock. Manning live chat with dedicated staff is costly and from a business perspective it makes sense to contain costs so that various areas of customer service can be kept at a high level. Live chat only being available when patronage is at its highest makes good business sense and in no way lessens their provision of excellent customer service.

Or like a health magazine that has health ads, or a television show about automobiles that runs car ads.

If you think this site is a scam, then go elsewhere.

No, but you can be banned for being a troll or a pain in the ass. Please review our posting rules - specifically rules 1.14 and 1.18. Thank you.

If you're in an opposite time zone you can always try PMing me here, or getting me on Skype, my details are in my profile
No guarantee I'll be online, but if I'm on I'll help you out.

To wait over 8 hours you'd have to be really unlucky and ask a question at 1 minute past 1 because you'll usually get a response by 9am, we generally have people in a bit early.

Redbet is one of the best out there,CS wise they have provided me excellent service over time.
If that means I have to wait sometimes a few hours for an answer then so be it,because I know they will always get back to me.
Also Andy, the rep. here @ CM is 100% genuine bloke and very nice.

I work in CS myself and therefore I know exactly what I am looking for on CS level when registering for a casino.
If the CS is crap, simply I won't play there.
Enough casino's out there and the ones that stand out deserve my custom and Redbet is defo one of them.

Mark.
