red32 is not replenishing practice bank

I'm still very new to this. I opened an account at red32. I must say the staff response is fantastic, and very courteous, and I have been extremely courteous in return. HOWEVER, there is something very wrong with their practice setup. Obviously no-one wants to dive in with deposited funds straightaway before checking out the games and how they work. I initially practiced one of the Blackjack games and through wild experimentation managed to deplete my virtual bank roll. When I click on "bank"/practice play/deposit I get a menu that invites me to deposit real funds or practice funds. If I opt for practice funds it says "there is a problem with this transaction"

I contacted support, and the same answer was given each time. "We have a software issue and are waiting for this to be resolved". But another support member said that the practice bank funds were automatically reset each night after midnight. This does not appear to be the case. While accepting for the time being that this is somehow due to a software hitch, I find it odd that this has now happened three days running. I am very much hoping that this "glitch" is not in fact a policy disguised as a glitch, the obvious explanation being that perhaps online casinos do not actually want you to practice. I sincerely hope this is not the case with red32 and would be interested if anyone else cannot get the virtual/practice bank to deposit or reset.

I just tried to deposit more into my fun balance and you are right about one thing that is its not working at moment. That's about the only thing you typed that was right. 32RED has always made it possible to add to your practice balance so like the support said theres probably a software glitch that will get sorted at some time. And practice money has never been reset at midnight you add to it when you want. Other casinos might not let you renew your practice money when its ran out and theres nothing wrong with that its their choice but 32red isn't one of them. Most certainly its not a case of we wont let you practice you must deposit if you want to play.

They do seem to be having a lot of glitches.

Software's fragile too, take Saturday for instance, deposited played IR, busted out - nothing shocking there, I then clicked the x to exit the game and suddenly the whole casino goes into meltdown, freezes etc so I have to shut down the process in task manager.

Sometimes it even takes me several attempts to open the casino, the start-up music occurs, the casino appears, then it disappears then starts over again - sometimes twice. And don't get me started on the connection error - seems to be happening more and more of late.

Have come very close to launching my laptop at the wall on several occasions when playing (or attempting to) at 32Red, yet oddly I don't have half as many issues when I play at Golden Lounge or Dash.

Well that's good to hear. It reassures me that you say practice deposits do normally work, and if true and I am happy to unreservedly withdraw any suggestion that a glitch is anything but genuine. However I DID phone support and the chap DID say that practice deposits WERE replenished by the system each night at midnight, so if you had say only £100 left out of the typical starting total of £2000 it was reset back to £2000. I can assure you that this is what he stated. Maybe he was mistaken.

Don't Viper casinos give you £1000 'fun' money at the outset, then you have to pay to replenish it when it runs out (£1 per £1000)??
Or is 32red different?
No way I'd pay to play fun mode, takes the p!ss.

I Don't use the practice option very often Leonard normally when a new games released. But every time I go back its the same as I left it at the moment its got 23p lol. Only checked to see if it was working or not. Support probably just guessed that it would reset as to be fair they probably don't get many questions on practice money. Funny you mentioned that PNEFOREVER2 as that happens with me as well. I always just took it my pc was running slow or freeing maybe its not just me after all then.

I must admit I don't look at practice play very often - but as I understand it you can top up your practice balance by going to banking and choosing how much more you need. Is this not working?

We have never charged for practice play and never will. If the deposit function in practice play isn't working there is something wrong which we will check out. In the meantime you can play practice without logging in at our games arcade.

I'm not sure I completely understand, are you talking about the transfer page? Our new sportsbook allows you to bet from the same wallet as casino so the transfer page has been amended - is that what you mean?

Thanks for replying on this. I think it is pretty clear the practice bank roll replenish is bust for everybody, but perhaps only a few members have highlighted it. I'll try the non-logged in site to practice in the meantime, but hope this can be fixed. Thanks for your response.

Glad I saw this thread. Thought it was just me. I'm not able to reload them either on the Flash casino. Just tried and still not working.

EDIT - If it's any use, it has been like this for at least 3 days AFAIK.

Practice mode? Thats a new 1 to me lol, Didnt no you could practice to gamble, FUN MODE but not so much fun as no real wins involved

& With the glitches I experienced some yes-today, The dl casino did reboot it self a few times be loaded up

I rarly play fun mode, No1 it only leads to 1 thing DEPOSITS, No2 If I get a nice hit I be pi$$ed of, Looks like I be playing a few free games low as I my self have spent games funds for this month
