I am not too familiar with Red Flush, so thought maybe I could get some input from those who play here alot.

Last nite I made a deposit and started playing for a little while, and eventually was in vegas strip blackjack and tried to make an $11 bet. To my surprise, it would not let me go over $10:mad: I checked all the other blackjack games and they all had a limit of $10! This limit is pretty much useless to me and a joke. I have never had such a low limit at a MG casino. Its always been $200 +

And, 2 nights before I was playing here and was able to make a $24 bet, so at some point in the past 2 days, my limit was lowered.

Well support gave me the runaround. When I asked about the low limit, she said it was not the casino but the "authorities" What authorities, I asked.....the "gaming authorities"

So i asked why my limit was normal 2 days ago....and had to send her a screenshot to prove it....as she did not believe me and could not see any blackjack bets in my playcheck...even though I was staring right at it.

Then the story changed, that the $10 limit was for new players.....not true again...I am not a new player. So I cannot play here all weekend while they investigate my account yet again. Really fristrating!! i would never have deposited had I known that I had a $10 table limit.

Anyone here experience this? Or is my account the only one that the gaming authority fairies decided to visit??

The authorities

Well...All I can say is that "the authorities" has nothing to do with your bet limit.

I played some high roller blackjack at Centrebet last year. My start limit at Centrebet was about $500, but it increased when my VIP level increased. As a new customer in Red Flush, I would think your VIP level is low and therfore is your betting level low. but that does not explain why you where able to bet higher the night before, so I dont know:)

Was your bet limit lowered?

Can anyone else check and see if they have a $10 limit on any bj game at Red Flush?

Just checked, my limit is €200.- per hand on single hand blackjack.

I have an account there for almost 2 years, but hardly ever play there because of the minimum withdraw limit of €100.- and lately because of the horrible software glitches.

Odd thing I just noticed is that Alaskan Fishing is listed as a single hand blackjack game?:eek2:

But no €10.- limits here..

also, i'd contact RedFlush Host here. i had a small problem that was handled very quickly. maybe he/she can look into it for ya.

i believe the problem stemmed from them giving an automatic 22% bonus and lowering limits for table games to prevent bonus abuse. whenever a bonus is given, some mg casinos have table games limits reduced to $10 automatically.

I think Red Flush trys to be a good casino.
The first time I had a question in Live help I was left waiting over 5 mins for an answer.
Later I had a question about their T&C that a rep. couldn't answer to my satisfaction.
Then I emailed this question to Red Flushes support and recieved no reply.

To be honest I really don't have the time for casinos like this, some people may. I have since uninstalled, closed my account, and blacklisted Red Flush and their sister casino La Vida.

LOL - Thanks for the good laugh... 'The Authorities' hahha....

Sssshhhh now, before the Authorities reduce your max bet to Ummh $2....

************************************

On a more serious note - Casinos that have a MAX bet of $5- $15 or a weekly withdrawal limit of $5k or less have signs that they are underfunded and cannot honor HUGE Wins by multiple players.

I may be wrong, but why else can't you afford to pay players their full winnings once off (or afford them bigger bets?)? Progressives on the other hand are not from the Casinos' float and therefore wouldn't dent their Capital. We are in 2011, we can deposit as much as we are willing to, but are subjected to $5-$15 max bets and max withdrawals?

This is not aimed at Redflush (Who according to the Accredited List do not have a max cash out) but at Casinos in general.

It is pathethic and uncalled for.

Hi Funeral,

Why not try one of the Boss casinos which offer between 500 and 1,000 euro BJ max bet? $10 limit is a bit of a joke.

Well unsure why they are targeting me. I have never cashed out. I even sent my documents in in advance. I was looking for an alternative to Villento/Rich Reels as far as Microgaming is concerned....and was hoping this would be a good place to play.

Unfortunately I am STILL getting the runaround almost a week later now. I was told to uninstall and reinstall the software....still no good. I exchanged a few emails with "senior" Kim. She said the tech team was supposed to look into it and would not be in until Monday morning....well here it is Wednesday.

But as I always like to look at the positive, I can see that maybe my persistence paid off somewhat. AS you can see from the screenshot below, they generously bumped up my limit a bit:lolup:

This is probably the REAL explanation, but where did CS get this completely outlandish story about "the authorities" from. This is not just a lie, it is so very OBVIOUSLY a lie, and drops Red Flush right in the proverbial.

The ONLY "authorities" relevant to an online casino are the ones that issued their gaming license, which I believe is Malta, hardly renouned for their action in actually imposing ANYTHING on their operators, let alone meddling in trifling concerns about bet limits.

I challenge Red Flush to PROVE that "the authorities" instructed them to alter the max bet to $10, else I can see no reason NOT to call their CS "liars" in this case.

CS are the "front line", and can cause HUGE problems when they lie on behalf of a casino. Often it is because they are not knowledgeable enough to invent a lie that "holds water", and it is debunked in a few seconds by more knowledgeable players.

Don't hold your breath though, because marketing have been "looking into something" for over a MONTH on my account, despite a promise they would "get back to me next week".

It looks like another lie from CS who SAY that "xxxx is looking into it", but nothing of the sort is happening. I first kept chasing up my issue, but just got broken promises. It was a relatively minor issue regarding a bug I had spotted in the slot "Summer Holiday". MGS are known for the way they handle such things, a "cover up" followed by a quiet fix. The other problems have not reocurred, but I never received ANY of the promised feedback as to what had been done.

Another problem with Red Flush.
At the time I joined Red Flush their other casino La Vida started sending promotions to my email.
Since they are associated with Red Flush I'm not interested in it.
So I went to their live help to unsubscribe. (Even though I never subscribed in the first place.)

Their live chat button on this page is greyed out.
And the picture icon of their live chat just redirects you to the same page.

Some very poor/low grade service by Red Flush.

Hi petro,

Firstly I would like to apologize on behalf of the casino for the inconvenience.

There is no excuses for this

It is being fixed right now. Please send me your account number via PM and I will have you unsubscribed from future offers at Casino Lavida.

Best regards,
Wayne

Just an update to this yet unresolved issue.

I am told that I have such a low bet level is because I am a new player (or lowest class or whatever they want to call it). They said that the reason I was able to make larger bets prior to my last deposit was because the system had not yet 'set' my limits:confused:

Well the fact is, I opened an account with Red Flush 2 or 3 years ago. I believe I made maybe 2 or 3 deposits at that time, then went strictly to Villento/Rich Reels. Now a few weeks ago I decided to explore my options again and give Red Flush another go. I made one deposit, then made another deposit 2 days later.

Fact is, my limits were always $200 on blackjack until my last deposit. So I guess the system waited a few years to lower my bet limit:confused:

I wouldn't really bother with this but it just pisses me off that I keep getting different stories/excuses.....not the least of which is the laughable "the authorities have set my limits"

Again, I am still waiting for ANY member here to step forward and say that they have or had at one time a $10 table limit on blackjack.

And still no explanation as to why they decided to bump it from $10 to $11.

I was doing well on my last deposit, had more than doubled it....only to hit the blackjack table and see that I can only bet a measly $10. I had no reason to believe my limits would be lowered, and honestly feel a bit cheated, as I would have NEVER deposited with such a low limit. The casino should have informed me, IMO, if they were going to lower my limit.

I did ask if I could cash out since I was not happy with the table limit, and was told I could not as the minimum cashout was $100:mad: My baance is long gone now, of course.

Wayne has not been much help as he keeps redirecting me to Kim (who gave me the authorities excuse in the first place).

I should also note that my limit on Loaded is $10 ($125 at all other Mgs) and $5 on Bars and Stripes ($250 at all other MGs). The "authorities" do seem to be video poker fans though.....I can still wager a hefty $250 on 100 hand VP:p

That's odd, given that the DEFAULT is $125:confused:

Somehow, you are a "new player" with a much reduced limit on slots and blackjack, yet you are clearly some kind of high rolling VIP that has been granted DOUBLE the usual maximum for the 100 hand VP.

This is BS in any case, since even NEW players don't have starting limits THIS low, so they are LYING about this AGAIN.

"the authorities" - BULLSHIT!
"new player" - BOLLOCKS!

Next guess?

You've just been 'Flushed' :p

i just give up on redflush!!!!

 Hi, ok Now i just give up on redflush!!!! I have played after the slow pay issue with this casino and I strongly believe every since I have posted here about my withdrawl taking for ever I have nothing but weird things happening when i play at redflush ~~~for example every since january 2011. I have not had any luck which is strange. I have won nothing over 100.00 while playing and i deposit alot. However what really irrates me is my spins are crazy it stops then it moves weird and the spins seem to have a lag or something. I talked with Brandon at redflush via chat and he seems to think nothing is wrong with the spins. Oh well I have like 20.00 left I will play it out then never play there again. Sad though ....I have played since they started there online casino. I feel complaining sometimes is not the right thing to do however I just expect a fair chance at winning and I do not feel I have had a fair chance at Redflush since i complained about my withdrawl taking over a month.

This has happened at ALL Microgaming casinos, and is down to the March "new games" update.

What is REALLY odd in your case though is that you seem to be located in "us" according to your information, and so should be on the "Level Eleven" software, which does NOT get a "new games update", so HOW COME an error only JUST introduced into the MGS Viper lobby find it's way into the Level Eleven client at the same time:confused:

The obvious answer is Level Eleven = Microgaming - and all this "licenced the software and some games to......" is a complete load of Bollocks.

redflush strange spins

:what:Thanks vinylweatherman BOO! I never knew that about being in eleventh level??? strange ...whatever !!!! just frustrated.

Look VERY CLOSELY at your casino, Level Eleven looks and feels just like Microgaming, but there are no progressive games, and many others are missing. No new games have been added since 2009.

It should be a piece of software cast adrift from the main Microgaming, frozen in time, and with a permanently reduced set of games. I find it REALLY odd therefore that you are experiencing a graphical rendering bug introduced during the new games upgrade of the last couple of months. Level Eleven variants should NOT have been anywhere NEAR this update, and would not even have NEEDED it in the first place.

Fortunately for MGS, players can NEVER experience both variants side by side due to their location specific nature. If I could, I wouldn't just be able to say "it's a load of bollocks", I would be able to PROVE it;)
