red bet wont reopen my account

I asked about a few weeks ago for my account to be temp closed due to giving the casino a break due to my poor luck on there . I asked yesterday could I reopen it and told no as they said I wanted it permanently closed the account .Know red bet i wanted to closed the account for a short amount of time not close it altogether . So if there is a red bet rep out there could you answer my email on here please thanks

Live chat is giving me all the wrong information on my account also . I registered with a email address and they are saying its the wrong on email for my account .Its the right one as I have emails from red bet in my email username sent to the red bet manger for this .
 
More nightmare over this SE business, Its become beyond a joke now, Help need to fix up and this should be put to sleep, To many people are getting screwed, About time some one in the office at the regulator jumped in and start slashing out fines,
Make sure all thats been deposited across sites which people have SE from b4 hand should receive all deposits back, This will sharpen up the draw for theses casinos that are letting people sign up and deposit,

Sorry I no the last bit has nothing to do with red but all this SE and a break has got to be sorted,
 
I kind of understand the casino's point of view, erring on the side of caution - after all, if there's no gambling issue present and you can actually exercise self-control, then why self-exclude to take a break- just don't play.
Sure, there's a bit of muddled mess going on, but casinos can get screwed too allowing problem players to play.
 
I can't remember which casino it was as I play a good few different ones.

However I was having a nosey around the particular site about this self exclusion policies etc (not to S/E myself but to build up knowledge)
I noticed a 'drop down' menu offering several choices of SE, Week, Fortnight, Month, 3 months, forever etc, and players could chose their preferred option.

Although it should be the casinos that sort this 'chaotic mess' (no other description plain 'n' simple :p) if this drop down menu system was incorporated into all casinos, players could take a degree of the responsibility by making their SE 'selection' and then taking a screenshot as self assurance and evidence if needed!
 
Asked CS some minutes ago and they said that you have to tell them for how long you want to close the account. After that time the the account will be automatically open.

Maybe you made a mistake by manually closing. But I^m sure the rep can help you:)

Come on Spintee, you got to be kidding :D Do you think casinos does this on purpose? Making it harder for customers to remain clients?

I don't know where it went wrong in this case but; Thank you Redbet for really following your Resposible Gaming policy :thumbsup:

This was not a punt a red bet but in general, & do I think casino are doing this on purpose? Not in this case but with the Everymatrix situation than I am open to debate,

I agree that Everymatrix is really bad in how they handle the labels that run under their licenses. That they haven't been able to fix this yet is a shame. I don't however think that the operators that uses Everymatrix are doing this on purpose and that they are happy with this situation. I don't think that it is something they do to trick their clients.

My belief is that it is a tricky issue technologically to solve. That doesn't however remove their responsibilty.
 
I made a post yesterday :)

It`s nearly impossible to have your issue with this casino. Maybe you made a mistake when contacting the CS or you made a mistake while SE manually.

Be patient:)
