raging bull - closed NY accts

It has come to my attention from fellow streamers that Raging bull has closed all players accts that are in NY. They also wiped clean all accts.
one player won 16 grand over a month ago and they just wiped his acct clean. this is what live chat told him tonight.

I am sorry to inform you that your casino access has been revoked.
The decision is unfortunately, not reversible.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, any casino account can be closed at our discretion to ensure game fairness,
the safe keeping of company assets
and our third party processors.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I know this was crap casino to begin with but I think we need to get a warning big time on this group.

Why New York? Does this mean they're going to do this will all states so they don't have to pay anyone? I have $2400 sitting in my account since February 21 with Chat assuring me I'll get paid any day now...

NY is a state that most casinos do not accept. The problem was they took Ny then changed hands and are now banning NY so many customers had thier accts locked out.

I beg to differ. This was NOT a crap casino - it was one of the best.
However, without any communication to their players or affiliates, the group was sold to ACE REVENUE sometime near the beginning of the year.
(And we all know what THEIR reputation is).
There are already several threads running about this here at CM.

I am hoping and praying that they will honour their player's cash-outs eventually - but we know Ace are FAR from the quickest at this.
If they don't, Max is going to be VERY busy with PAB's in the not too distant future (maybe even one from me (if he will accept it), because the affy side owe me a very significant sum as well)

I always thought they were pretty good too - I always got an answer when I emailed - withdrawals took a while but I knew that and I always got paid. I'm still hoping they get their act together and pay people.
