Quicktender withdrawal - international wires

Now that wiredplastic no longer accept international wires. Is there an alternative prepaid card? I see the ICE card all over currency exchanges, does it support international wire deposits? Im looking for a way to withdraw my money out without having to use a bank as im in a state where the gambling laws apply and the banks are quick to shut down your account

I can't help you with a card suggestion but I have never had a bank question my wires. Now I am in Texas but one of my bank accounts (military related) is in Va and they never questioned a single one of them.

Maybe someone else can help.

what about other cards, like ICE?
