OK, I just activated my Qtender acct. 1st question: I have not made a deposit into my acct but just initiated a w/drawl from English Harbour into my Qtender acct thru the Usemywallet w/drawl option, is this ok? English Harbour has a 48 hour waiting period so maybe i want find out if this is ok or not until later, but so far everything seems to be cool. Maybe one of u guys can let me know if i have done everything by the rules relative to English Harbour and Qtender. What i mean is, can i have a w/drawl into Quicktender from a casino before i deposit into Quicktender. 2nd Question: When i requested my w/drawl thru the Usemywallet option I was only asked for my Acct. Name, no acct.#, will English Harbour ask me for this when they move to further process my w/drawl? I really appreciate all the info ya'll have and give here. Also, I think I posted in the right place as i tried to be careful w/that. Thanks.

I don't know anything about English Harbor but most of the casinos I play at request that you make a deposit with Quicktender before you can withdraw to it. You really need to check with English Harbor and find out about this before it delays your withdrawal.

Hi, congrats on the win! I always have my withdrawals sent to QT but I've only deposited to them maybe once. So you won't have any problems there. I haven't played for real at English Harbour so I'm not sure what there policy is. Most Rival's I've played at want a deposit via QT before sending a withdrawal to it. The RTG's I've played at have never required a deposit before sending a withdrawal. Good luck!
 
I would check with English Harbor before you do anything.. But I don't see a problem.

I personally think QT sucks.. it takes them 6 to 10 days to process a wire transfer and it costs $30 every time... What a ripoff... And their support does not seem to understand English very well.... But I have to use them or I don't get paid from some of the casinos. :(
 
There is no way for us to read up on any information regarding policies, payment procedures etc etc on Quicktender either....unless I don't know where to look
And you are right about quicktender's support staff..I sent an email asking specific questions regarding withdrawals options, any documents necessary and if they refund to credit card and the IDIOT replied asking what's my question...
I gave up on it..I still use quicktender to withdraw from the casinos Now the true test will come when I try to get my funds wired to my bank..Funny, you can only get usemywallet by invitation only which is a joke since they are so unprofessional and their websites was designed by an amateur Enuf ranting here sorry
 
yeah their support is horrible! i had a creditcard registered on there that I was later trying to remove/delete, but support said I had to send in my id in order for me to just delete my own credit card account info! crazy i thought. they said it was some law but never would elaborate when i ask.
 
i use quicktender for withdraws and deposits and never had any problems but most of the casinos i every had any withdraws from would not process without first using quicktender for a deposit to verify that it was my account good luck:)
