BetUs is a scam

Good morning! The BetUs website is horrible and dishonest. They stole 231.10 USD that I had in my honestly earned account. I write here to warn current and possible future customers who are thinking about creating an account there or depositing money, to be careful and think a thousand times before doing this, there are other really honest sites. BetUs is a scam

I registered my account there without knowing they were blacklisted by AskGamblers. Anyone who is a customer there, be careful, they could also steal from you if you make any gains. If you are not a customer, never create an account there, look for another option, read reviews here and on other review sites and player experiences

A site with non-existent and ineffective support, useless chat, bad odds, low limits and which, if the user makes a profit, blocks their account for no reason and keeps their balance for themselves. A scam practice: they only like customers who cannot make money

I won by playing honestly. I sent my documents, selfie photos holding my documents next to my face, everything else they requested

They allow people to play. If the person loses, nothing happens to the account. If the person makes any gains, they block the account. Absurd! This was my experience on this horrible site

We strongly discourage posts 'claiming scam' as your introduction to the forum. Why, you may ask?

The reason why is that we know nothing about you. We would much rather get to know you a little better before you let us know your grievances.

We understand you are upset, so we would suggest following:

Consider submitting a PAB and our team can try and look into your case and help if possible. There are rules to doing this, which will mean you will not be able to keep talking about them while in the process.

A word about BetUS - this is a sportsbook/casino that has been around for 15 years or more. They take a lot of US players and have always avoided any sort of rigorous licensing. As a player that can leave you exposed to whatever they decide to do, as there is no regulator to protect you. 231.10 USD is a lot of money, but trust me when I say that many others have lost a lot more playing at casinos with limited or no licensing.

My biggest piece of advice, is for what it is worth. Stop playing there.
