The odds of winning will not change. In fact if it is a sticky bonus where you won the money on, withdrawing the money is the smart move, then deposit it afterwards. This way it gets rid of the terms of said sticky bonus.

It depends on what perspective your question comes from.

I see that you are in the US, so if you mention 'Free Spins' and this is a freebie, then withdrawing it is a smart move. Many players play on, accumulate winnings, then are surprised by the Max Cashout rule.
