last night, i was checking available domain names for my client and accidentally found sandiegocasino.com

does anyone know about this casino? really strange name, I bet has nothing to do with San Diego

in casino section refers to GoTo Entertainment, i am not familiar with this.

any information?

in their T&C says that "1) GoTo Entertainment is fully licensed and authorized to operate in Costa Rica as Des Sports Informatiques, SA; therefore, to ensure complete legality, all transactions and wagers will be considered originating from and governed by the laws of Costa Rica .

usually casinos licenced in costa rica are not very recomended... most of rogue casinos are licenced there.
i am not saying that they (sandiego casino) are rogue because i never played there, but too many rogue casinos are licenced in costa rica.

adn in the bonus rules:

it means that if you are playing the 1st time that casino, but you are know of how to gamble, you cant have any bonus, i dont think its good...

Costa Rica operators like to imply they have an online gambling licence but there's sill no such thing in that country - it issues data and business permits which is not the same thing.

Go To have been around for some time and have a massive list of casino skins that link into a common system as far as I can see.
