Question about MGA

Has anyone filed a complaint to MGA, and if so how long does it take for them to decide on things?

My complaint just turned a month old. I understand that's not a long time I guess, but I'd be interested in knowing how long these things generally take.

With the old MGA you could expect to wait for as long as a few months before hearing from them. The new MGA seems very much better at what they do; I've been told turn-around times are MUCH shorter.

Took a bit over a month. Not bad, just wanted to ask beforehand to know can I expect a reply in the near future
