Okay, some here may think that I'm just a jerk trying to incite hostility on this board, but if you read my post carefully with an open mind, you will see that I am only attempting to solicit intellectual thought.
Question - "I" still honestly beleive that the post involving 3dice by Enzo is nothing more than spam. ( MY OPINION ) Many here have stated that they received their winnings from 3dice in the form of a United States Postal Money Order within a few days of their initial request. Is there something very wrong here ? There is no way in hell that someone in a foreign country can order a US postal money order and have it delivered by snail mail within 48 hours to the US from outside the United States. Is this guy not violating current US policy involving internet gambling for US players when the financial transaction and possibly the actual bet itself occurs in the US ?

Someone else already let the cat out of the bag (is there no discretion?) and it is known how it is done... is this any of your business?

Are you sour grapes about people being able to play from the US? Again, it's probably none of your business unless you are playing 'dudley do right' or you are from the treasury department. Are you a concerned citizen who would like to see online gambling stopped?

Spam is unsolicited advertising... you may be thinking 'Shill', that would be closer... but a shill would have to actually have an affiliation with three dice and possibly even have to be compensated for their actions.

Do you think forums should exist only to bash casinos? Why can't people give positive trip reports?

edit: If the owner of the forum or another moderator thought it was spam or that Enzo was Shilling 3Dice, actions would have been taken, doncha think? Or do you think the mods are shills too?

i think i understand what hes trying to say but with the way the u.s player has to get paid nowadays some could really give a crap. imo....3 dice is doing the best for their customers here and that to me is a good thing......laurie.....and i dont play there for the record :)

Why does Enzo bother you so much? this is the second post complaining that Enzo is a shill, and for the record, I have posted many times on another thread, and yes, got paid within 3 days, but with technology being what it is today, it is more than conceivable that a payment can be made that quickly.

Im no dummy either. Maybe 3 dice has it's casino in a legalized country but has people in the US to pay legalized state players. Only 13 states are banned, that leaves alot of other states allowed to gamble online.

It's none of my business how I get any winnings because I live in PA and I am not doing anything illegal and neither is the person sending the money orders if that person lives in a legalized state.

People can send money orders to whoever they want. There doesnt even have to be a reason for it. I could send one to Laurie or Winbig or Swede with no explanation. I probably won't LOL....but I could if I wanted to and furthermore, I think this should be closed because who in their right mind would bitch about being paid and on time to boot!

my edit: your post starts with : question for Enzo, does it not? Where's the question, or is that a lure to get us to read this thread? Enzo, don't even bother giving your 2 cents

It's a strange post isn't it? claimed ezno was a shill in the other 3-dice thread. Lord, How nice it is to get paid in less than a week and somebody is criticizing that.

It just proves that you can't make some of the people happy all of the time.

I'm thinking troll action, and shouldn't have bit, but wth?

Just from memory, OP's first post was: I won a bunch of money and met some people for a hand to hand payoff... did I break the law? The next was... My friend is angry with a casino, we want to hack them and eff them up, what do you think? The next was... enzo is spamming the forum, doncha think? And this is the only other one I remember, definitely baiting.

Welcome to my ignore file jvcdvd or whatever your code name is.

i quit online gambling for quite a while. i came back because of the positive feedback on 3dice and Enzo in particular for going out of his way to represent his casino on this forum and to address player's concerns. Whether i was going through an unlucky patch or a crazy winning run, i continued to play at 3dice, why? Because i value the entertainment that 3dice provides and would not play at another casino unless they reach that same level. By the way, it's not just Enzo, it's the entire staff that goes above and beyond.

what confuses me is that we as players complain about all these casinos and their lack of customer service, but when someone obviously puts a lot of energy into changing things for the better, they are accused of "spamming" and "schilling."

i have never seen such customer service or such fast payouts and i don't understand how anyone can complain about that. IMHO.

jcvdd, i don't think you're a "jerk" or just trying to instill hostility, but i hope you consider these responses just as we have pondered on your statements. By the way, lay off Enzo because he is my personal casino host, okay? lol :D

What the?????

I find this very strange and looks like someone is looking for info. Why would any player be wondering about this? Obviously real players are posting that they are getting their winnings. It is the casino's business not yours!

Okay, I just read all of your posts to the forum. Enough said.

!. started the thread in which you won 26000.00, but the casino offered you 22000.00, in cash instead, you accepted, and met them in a parking lot.

2. started the hacking thread by claiming a "friend" had lost money, thought the casino wasn't fair, but your friend was good enough to hack into the casino and recover his winnings, should he do it? post

3. enzo is a shill.

4. enzo is a shill, and how is it possible to get paid in 3 days thread.

If you want to promote intellectual debate, it would be in your best interests not to B.S. forum members as I am sure most of us have been around the block a few times, and imao there is nothing intellectual about your posts, just garden variety bullshit.

Just read fcats post, dunno if Op responded or not.

Jv, you are welcome here, please don't get me wrong. And I'll take you off my ignore list just in case. And it's okay to question authority, especially your own.

As far as I know, you have something to contribute. But you don't need to 'strike out' to make it.

Please read, with an open mind, and contribute when you can... nobody here is going to 'shake you down'. We might call bullshit, but what are friends for, huh?

I think we're all in the same boat in the good old USA, but I could be mistaken.

Thanks fcat for your post (was that so people that I'm on iggy with could see the points?)

++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Now, for something entirely different (not)

stop thanking me people, puleeeees? I passed 6k, am on the top 5 thanked, and it feels like a target. Help a brother out here would ya? If I post something that gets your goat, add a neg to my rep and explain personally, if otherwise; the same.
Thank you :)

return to programming.

I guess it's 'cause Halloween is almost here... with all the usual ghosts and goblins and things that go bump in the night...

who are ya'll talking to?

;)

I've kind of wondered about the postal M.O. payout thing. I guess they could have alot of people in the states that purchase and forward these things for them. Really a good idea as long as the post office doesn't start sniffing around and really hard to figure out for the junta! I mean anyone can buy one anonymously and cash them at a variety of places!! Surprised that more outfits aren't doing this. About the only way to get caught is if they target the same people buying large amounts of M.O.s on a regular basis, so it seems a good solution!

Okay, I'm a total loser, a first class jerk, a trouble maker and probably should be put to death !!!
After some of you stop bashing me, just stop and think about my original question -
Is this casino web site circumventing US Federal anti-internet gambling laws by conducting their internet casino financial transactions here on US soil ?
Is it possible / probable that this web site in question has employees working here in the US and conducting their internet gambling business in violation of federal law ?

Explain why you are so concerned?

Any casino which accepts deposits from or pays US players is "violating US laws" as you put it.

There are casinos that use Western Union - illegal.
There are casinos that use Wire Transfers - illegal.
There are casinos that use ACH - illegal.
There are casinos that accept debit and credit cards - illegal.

What's your point? Why are you singling out 3Dice?

Edit: I should actually point out that in 39 of the 50 states it is actually the banks who are breaking the law. So by that same token it is the USPS who is breaking the law for allowing these players payments to go through. Are you going to go after them?

Mr. Slots Wizards- First, Thanks for your reply -
You are absolutely correct in that some online internet gambling sites attempt to circumvent US federal anti-internet gambling laws by conducting their financial transactions here on US soil. My primary concern with this particular internet gambling site is with their 48 hour payment responses which "STRONGLY" suggests that they actually have some of their employees working here on US soil and conducting their "ENTIRE" internet gambling operation on US soil unlike most other internet gambling sites.

I think you struck a raw nerve here. For nearly a year, US players have faced a deluge of problems in getting paid where even some accredited casinos have had their payments delayed by a lengthy period. The savior comes out in the form of 3 Dice and Enzo and suddenly you pour a wet blanket over them by opining that the payment procdures are possibly illegal.

While the hostility is understandable, jvcdd may have a point here. Understanding more on this issue wont hurt because nobody wants this (quick payment to US players) to cease because the authorities put a halt to it.

My point is, who cares? I know I would be uncomfortable if I were the one that had to walk into the post office to get a money order for a large amount, but I'm not the one who has to do that and neither are you. So what exactly are you worried about?

I think this thread should be moved to ATB before it gets indexed by Google.

Again what is your concern? It seems to me that you are trying to cause trouble, nothing more. I had read in one of your posts that you play at Bodog, maybe you are a shill for them?
