Fool me once - shame on you. Fool me twice - shame on me. Why did I believe that Quasar gaming was serious about coming back on board as an Accredited Casino after they assured me that they would maintain a presence in the forum?

Their rep hasn't logged in since the first week of November. Good going. Not!

Quasar Gaming removed from the Accredited Section

Quasar Gaming review

Question for you @Casinomeister - Bryan? What do you class has a time period that is acceptable for a casino to not login? Because I think that some accredited casino reps just login like once or twice a month to make it look like they are still active, but yet they usually do not even participate or post or answer PM'S?

Yet they still seem to get away with it and stay accredited?

Just curious.

Thanks

I gauge it by seeing which reps are logging in after I send out a mass PM for all i-gaming reps. If it's once or twice a month - that's ok - but it's going to affect their Meister points in a negative way. Some have civilian accounts and keep up with what's going on that way (not recommended). Most accred reps are logging in several times a week, so for most it's not much of an issue.

But if there are issues and they are not logging in, that's another story. If there are not answering PMs I need to know. I can't guess who is or who isn't doing this.

Ok thanks for clarifying it :)

I take back what I said. Sometimes I forget my own rules:

Must have an active representative (who can walk and chew gum at the same time) listed in Casinomeister’s forum. This representative must be directly involved with customer/player service, or who can make decisions involving player issues. This representative needs to log in at least once a week.

Im really miffed at VPL. Here I have been giving support shite and find out they are just the call centre for the casino group and other casino brands. So any questions outside the basics like RTP they can not answer. What I did find out from the VIP Host was just by chance. Their reps are definitely not active and could probably answer questions! I refuse to deposit anymore due to lack of information.

I am pretty sure Crazy Vegas and the rest were removed from the accred section months ago. VPL was their rep here but hadn't logged in for months.

It's a crying shame watching good casino groups just drop off into the abyss.

They were moved to the grey zone, and it sure is a shame :(

And..I've been in touch with Quasar Gaming today, and they have a new rep in the forum who signed up a few days ago:
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/kristina-quasar-gaming.47350/ I have just now approved her account.

So I am reinstating their Casinomeister Accreditation since they were actually here - more or less. :D Their last rep dropped the ball - but he isn't there any longer.

I hope that in the future, i-gaming reps will start having a presence other than putting out fires or dealing with player complaints. Well run companies seldom have complaints - and giving credit where credit is due - Quasar Gaming doesn't generate that many of them.

Hey Bryan,

Thanks for that :)

As you already mentioned, Casinomeister is not all about complains, I am here for any other questions as well! :)

Being a degenerate player myself (or still am :D), I know exactly how it feels being rejected from the casinos or never getting the right answers. So I hope to change that in a positive way :)
