You lost so under what grounds?
That would be fraud.
So I would say no

Update leomonaco have emailed me to say they have processed my withdrawal ... not in my account yet though so will check later ! Never depositing again

@Rj1980 @Hoops77 and all others getting paid by Leomonaco

I hope you do realize that you are very lucky to get paid! You managed to swirl up enough dust for the casino to cough up. Now think how many hundreds did not find this forum or any other means to serve as a megaphone.

IIRC, the casino only launched around mid-May 2020, so they want to keep the gravy train going and will now pay a few to first see the negative reports reduce and second to stay under the radar of the processing banks.

These lot are complete criminals. Praying my bank can get my money for me as don't believe these lot will actually ever pay out. Completely fraudulent and I don't trust sending them any verification documentation to enable any sort of withdraw that they say they will process.

Asked for proof of software licence and gambling licence they own on several occasions and surprise, surprise - NOTHING BACK! Crooks!

As it stands what’s your situation with them?

Yes , it was GBpay*sunlight

i regret I have sent my passport to this shitheads... Hope you didnt deppoiset to much!

I did some research on GBPay and it seems to be a payment processor and facilitator that's ran by a Chinese company called Shenzhen Globebill Technology Co., Ltd. However, there seems to be some websites talking about a different GBPay that are unrelated to any of this and which appear to be scams for Russians. I think the Chinese company is the one behind the GBPay charges, as you said in this post that the money seemed to go to Peking/Beijing (they're both names for the same city), China: Q. Is Leomonaco casino real? A. Absolutely NOT, a scam to avoid!.

My payments show as going to UNONA-NB1 MOSKVA

They have taken it in a Russian currency!

I had 3 large FAILED transactions (according to site at time of attempting deposits - got error messages and balance never reflected amounts). However, a couple of days later I noticed they had taken the money!!!!

I chased constantly and got nothing back from them. During the weekend I discovered this forum and started researching them thoroughly. Absolutely appalled to find out what these lot are..... CROOKS! FRAUDSTERS!!! CRIMINALS!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Not sure about the China connection. GBPay/Globebill is listed as official MasterCard payment processor which gives them at least a legitimate appearance.

My research is hitting closer to home, or better said the UK. The guy I found appeared in the famous Paradise Papers and has been/is a director in 165 UK companies since 2015. That is just the UK.

Who do you bank with?

Nevef had dealings with them.
But about 5 years back sun bet did nearly the same thing took 3 payments told my bank (Barclays)
Even though it was gambling money back in my account next day.
Then a week later the sun put the money in my account and of course I spunked that.

What is most worrying is the evidence provided by @Sunflytoy that this shower could well be involved in Campeon, who actually have a UKGC license and are unequivocally related to rogue site Evobet. This is bCasino all over....

I believe they are linked to Campeon.

what can you tell me about Camperon?

Nothing other than I know someone who joined their affiliate programme (didn't promote them when this info came to light) only to see Evobet amongst the selection of sites the Campeon aff programme dealt with.

yesterday they gave me
I know they are an awful casino, but you have given them 4 days to pay you.
If they pay you then what?
I suggest you tell them what you’ve done, request they cancel the pending withdrawal and close your account.
I take it your signed up to Gamstop?

yesterday they gave me
I’m slightly concerned because in a previous post you said you deposited 396?
Your also complained of a other rouge casino this week.
I know I’m not one to talk as I’m too on the Gamstop scheme.
But this has been a real wake up call to to me that all casinos away from the scheme are awful.
Careful with your bank that you don’t end up in some sort of trouble.
Best way
Accept that there are no casinos we can use and they target us for a reason.
Stay well mate.

Using the aliases Waygosport Ltd/GTX Technologies B.V, they've been running three other online casinos that also have pirated games (they all use the same pirated games server, which is called slotomatic). Slots888 dot bet currently says that "Payments are processed by CW Marketing B.V.", and Leomonaco Casino had a copy of Go888 dot bet's terms and conditions on an older version of their terms and conditions page. 777win dot bet shares the same "templates/company/terms_and_conditions" thing with Leomonaco Casino and Go888 dot bet. They have a website called topplaygaming dot com that says their "clients" are the three brands, and the website admits that Top Play Gaming is a tradename for Waygosport Ltd.

By the way, according to this:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
, both 888win dot bet and Go888 dot bet have had their Curacao eGaming license suspended.

Another thing from tomorrow on ALL U.K. casinos you can no longer cancel pending withdrawals
So if a casino gives you the option there no good

On a related point, yesterday's news of Alpha Interactive signing a deal with GIG to launch (presumably licensed) new European casinos... Maybe they are looking to go legit ..
So much evidence tells us this is NOT the case unfortunately.....

They ignore you

They fraudulently take money

They have fake games

They buy gift vouchers with peoples money moment they have it

They fail to provide evidence of any software licence or gambling licence

They appear to have individuals who are connected to other/previous scam casinos

CONCLUSION: They are an organised crime group who everyone should AVOID. Hate them.

Have a good day slot_zombie / everyone and stay away from LeoMonaco

Please do not make these sorts of accusations in this forum. Unless they have been convicted on record in a court of law, don't accuse people of being criminals.

It's not - Campeon has nothing to do with Leomonaco.

As I said before this site is very usual, the slots are probably fake but have not been rigged for low payouts (at least not yet)
Yep there dodgy and your deposits go to very strange places.
Yep they ignore your messages.
But I have been paid by them allbeit after 16 days and have more pending
They are dodgy but I’ve plaid far worse sites.
But as I’ve said before.
don’t play this site , if you do win , at best you will have to fight for weeks to get your money, at worst you won’t get it.

Personally I wouldn't say anything even slightly positive about them. Even if the games are not rigged, it does not mean payout will follow. Arguably it probably makes more sense not to rig the games; there's no need to rig them if you're not going to pay out to most people in the first place.

I’m being honest bud , nothing else.
Like I said before
AVOID

today after 5 business days of my withdrawal i got it canceled and no email or message about it.i still have the funds in my account.

Worth saying now that leomonaco have reduced the number of deposit options to Mastercard and bank transfer - a sure sign that this is not a legitimate site.

We all know this site has questionable operations. I would strongly advise you avoid calling them scammers via email your more then likely going to mess up any attempt at Withdrawal.
Also as I understand has had his original stake returned by the bank already

Would appear they have decided to shove you the deposit back in a hope you'll stay quiet.

If you have the deposit back I'd walk and leave it there
