If I’m honest not even bothering there a scam site, pretty sure my bank will get the money back as the payments have been made to a gift voucher site.
There not even a bent casino there just straight up scammers

how do you know its to a gift voucher site? and with site? I have used revolt card hop they will refund me to..

OK thanks for the feedback guys. I contacted customer service on Monday about something and they got back to me yesterday evening - so a 5 day turn around for a simple enquiry. I haven't uploaded docs and won't be doing that. I'll contact my bank to see about getting a refund but I suspect that my deposits are gone - about £250 - not terrible but not good either.

Hope they exist somewhere long enough for chargeback process, if they are (like it everything looks) complete fraud, they might also ignore any chargeback requests. If they use totally different party receiving payments, it's bit worrying, they might don't want to have anything to do with that "merchant" they receive payments.

Hope you get your funds back.

Yes, this is a classic fraud site, it's Barrymore pool party with Jimmy Savile and Michael Jackson as lifeguards. The payments are diverted to those Chinese voucher sites or whatever to bypass the block on gambling transactions some payment providers have, whether overall or just on a jurisdictional basis like say Neteller. The games are bent, the so-called license is bent and so are the terms (if anyone actually read them!)

They aren't linked as far as I know to the main scammers GameTech, Alpha Interactive, Tall Mountain, Prism and Gammix. Those conmen have far more convincing frauds going with more credible-looking sites. This is a scam site which is a poor copy of the other scammers' operations.

That's a scarily authentic looking fake site. It must have caught a lot of people out. :(

Thanks - I have contacted the Bank with the details and will keep you informed.

I'm pretty sure that's best you can do. Your bank can start a chargeback process, it can take months (not trying to be pessimistic but if merchant is ignoring requests or don't comply with requests it can take some time, including reporting them to authorities etc...) but once you now started process, your bank is handling it.

Can't get much else what could be done, hope you get your money back and at least that merchant will be marked and might prevent some others to deposit there (they probably use several merchants but one less is one less) when they get flagged as fraud (card payments just don't go through there anymore but returning message that payments to this merchant can't be complete or something).

It sucks that still in 2020 this kind of scam operations can exist, would hope that in this electronic time they would get busted really fast, that's why it's also cool to report them like this so they get under some investigations at least and like said, you might save somebody else from this shite which is always appreciated.

Because it’s gone to gift voucher site it’s fraud.

Of course it is, but if they ignore your banks requests, not sure how much can be done there? If paid with credit card would be easier to get funds returned from card provider but with debit card it's not that easy and depends also if card provider is able to get these funds back from these scammers, if not, they might not willing to take it to their loss.
