Non-Bonus Complaint Problems with Mermaid Palace Casino?

I thought Mermaid Palace casino was ok to play at untill I requested a withdrawal and started doing research on the casino. I wish I done the research back in November when I first joined the casino and started playing daily. On March 8, I got my balance up to 1,000.00 and then played it down to 400.00 and then decided to request a withdrawal. My withdrawal is still pending and customer support only advise that the request is under review. I have tried emailing customer support, but all emails are returned. I have to send emails to Atlantis Gold Casino support to contact Mermaid Palace. Atlantis gold only says someone would contact me soon. Their promtions manager, Wendy would email me daily, but since my withdrawal request I have not received any emails from her or any thing else from the casino. This is no way to treat a VIP player.. Any advise would be appreciated!
 
The only advice I can give... is pray.

Unfortunately this group started falling apart toward the end of last year. In fact, I'm surprised that you can still access the casino and customer support!
When I visit their website, I get automatically redirected to a totally unconnected casino's website.

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news - but I don't think it likely you will ever get paid. :(

Thanks for replying. I have no problem accessing the casino website or logging on. I love playing Bet on soft games and just got caught up. I guess when you pay u get played!

I was going to say, that because they are not in the Rogue Pit, that you could PAB...

I think Bryan needs to make a bit more space in that pit for some new arrivals...

I have never had dealing with this particular group (Firebrand), but I do list 2 other Bet-On-Soft (now called Saucify) groups on my site and they seem quite popular and I've had no complaints about them so far. It just seems that something went tits-up at Firebrand last year and they've tried to limp on instead of just paying everyone & shutting up shop.

It could be that I get re-directed because I'm in the UK, and they don't take UK players. I've seen that quite a lot recently.

Mermaid Palace should be on the Rogue list!

I can still access the site, log in and play but not deposit. I have noticed that in the cashier section that the deposit methods have been blocked. I guess since they claim they can't process US players withdrawals, they have stopped taking US deposits. I did receive an email from Atlantis Gold casino with no ones name in signature stating that they were unable to make withdrawals from my area at this time but would advise in the future when they will be able to do so. Yah right! I contacted everyone invovled with this casino and no one has replyed back. Yah, they do indeed belong in the Rogue Pit!
