I thought Mermaid Palace casino was ok to play at untill I requested a withdrawal and started doing research on the casino. I wish I done the research back in November when I first joined the casino and started playing daily. On March 8, I got my balance up to 1,000.00 and then played it down to 400.00 and then decided to request a withdrawal. My withdrawal is still pending and customer support only advise that the request is under review. I have tried emailing customer support, but all emails are returned. I have to send emails to Atlantis Gold Casino support to contact Mermaid Palace. Atlantis gold only says someone would contact me soon. Their promtions manager, Wendy would email me daily, but since my withdrawal request I have not received any emails from her or any thing else from the casino. This is no way to treat a VIP player.. Any advise would be appreciated!
