I have a problem with a payment of crazy luck casino :mad: ... they are kidding me for days ... I want to know from you the name of their gaming license ... can you help me?
 
The recent winners section looks dodgy. All odd names and exact amounts.

Never a good sign IMO, plus its a Rival (possibly white label) so payment delays and poor service are commonplace.

It would help if you stated the issue you're having.
 
I saw he posted at another forum also where they trying to help him.
He havn't got paid yet and it has already gone six days;)

You're right .. I have found that casino royal club and crazy luck casino Danslow Management Ltd are owned and licensed Cyprus .. I have already written there .. I expect payment for many days and they just carry it around and chat and via email ... I say we pay within 24 hours .. then nothing ... Then technical problems .. then we pay within 48 hours ... I have no words for this ... but the story does not end here ... If you want you can also tell them this ... my name is in the casino kirkoala70

This casino seemed dodgy from the start. David Miller Skyping me over and over for me to promote his casino, ridic. The site itself looks like my 9 year old desiged it, last time I looked anyway. :rolleyes:

And some webbys and members wonder why Bryan is tough on Rival white labels.

I also still think their winners list is made up. All exact round amounts like 1000.00 and 750.00 don't think so....no game mentioned either.

To start with I am on holiday at the moment and today was my wife's birthday - so I have hardly been online.
Secondly, you haven't given us the full details of your complaint;
Has your account been verified?
Have you sent in any ID they asked for?
What EXACTLY have they said to you when you chased them up?

And thirdly, calling them "rogue" before anyone has heard the casino's side of the story is a bit premature IMO.

Lets stay calm and try to get to the bottom of what is going on here - then judge them.

kasinoking I sent them all ... my documents approved many days ago with their email ... my username in the casino is kirkoala70 .. they are bad ... if you do read their email you understand that it is SCAM ... they also took my deposit!
 
Crazy Luck Casino shame

I wait for many days a payment from the winning Crazy Luck casino (username kirkoala70). This casino not only comply with the terms and conditions but carries around with their support by giving different and contradictory answers. All documents approved ... I have the email so long ago that to say this ... they are ridiculous and dangerous ... chatting respond with pride ... and they are liars ... they told me crazy luck casino that is not brother casino royal club... this is not true .. they are both owned and operated by Danslow Management Ltd, St Thermopylon, Dekel, Larnaca - 6423, Cyprus ... every day a lie ... are the worst, but I will make them pay in some way all of this ... I swear

The complain at that time was also about a rival casino and he/she got banned from the forum.
 
I would like to deposit in casino to play. I like to play and enjoy myself. But two days ago I won in two rival casino (tropica casino and slot cash) and have not violated any rules have blocked my account. Be a grave injustice. Will not be playing in any rival because they have to pay my money. This is to be thieves. I will write to rival gaming but I have no mail. I'm an Italian lawyer and recover my money. But before the world will know that casinos rival can steal money and close accounts without explanation. I wrote 11 times but no answer. How can do this?

This player also opened an account at Webzcas' forum to make the same complaint about Crazy Luck - with the handle "kirettina7"
I wondered why he/she used a different username here - and now we know!
So they got banned here and opened another account... I wonder how many other places they opened multiple accounts at!

I will still continue my enquiry with the casino though, because I would still like to hear their side of the story.

I just had a very long conversation with the casino.
The two most important facts emerging from the conversation were:

rominarox / Kiretta's payment was under investigation by Rival, but it has now been approved and should be paid "shortly"
(I don't know how long "shortly" is)

Crazy Luck Casino is NOT related to any other Rival casino.
Apparently the rumour that they are also owned by Danslow (who DO own Royal Club) was started by... Kiretta!

Update:
I got a message (mysteriously delayed in cyber-space for 4 days) that Kiretta's cash-out was made the day after I posted the above.
i.e. On Jan 19th.
