Online gambling is a joke no more fun if you win they stall you so long they want! A couple of months I won almost 19k at Rant casino from a 3500 deposit. So they give me a sow no problem I earn 6k a month I showed them that my deposits are completely legit. Then they ask me for proof of 6 months ago from deposits in other casinos in the Gammix group.

So again I sent payslips and bank statements that shows I earn 6 k a month then they want proof of winnings from other casinos. Some I can not deliver because they close for the Dutch market and I can no longer contact them so I explained that to them. I even let a third party ( casino -guru) help but they refuse to pay me. I contacted the MGA no response from the MGA so in the end I played the money afway and closed a my accounts with the Gammix group.

I was loyal player to the Gammix group playing 2 a 3 k a month. So now I don’t play online anymore! If I lose no problem that’s part of the game but if you refuse to pay me without a legit reason it’s just stealing and the MGA accept that kind behavior from a casino under a license from the MGA. So a warning from my side don’t play at any casino from te Gammix group.

I contacted the MGA twice with that form on their website I never got any reply from them. So after that I give up and accepted that the online casino business in 2022 is just the end of good and fair gambling! Pics with the balance and 15k on pending withdrawels for almost 2 weeks. I think casinos that have that kind of behavior need there license suspended for life.

Yes offcourse. I also told the MGA I was willing to send al the proof to them if needed. It’s a joke they hide behind AML so they can not pay me. I have a clean legit income I deposit with my own dutch bank account number. If in Holland a bank thinks you are having a not legit source of income they just block you’re account. So if my bank doesn’t ask me the source of the funds from 6 months ago ( casino winnings) how can a casino think they have the right to ask. That the problem these days with the casinos happy to take the deposits but if they have to pay you they screw you over. Now they lost a customer that deposits easy over 20k a year in there casino group. I know that they don’t care enough stupid people after me to rip of for sure..,,

Gammix originated as one of the worst Cup-o-cocoa 1668/JAZ scam groups, linked to Danguard.

Now, their gains have seemingly been used to make a step towards legitimacy with a MGA license (worth next to fuck-all as opposed to absolutely fuck-all.)

I wouldn't deposit yesterday's dinner at one of their sites, ever.

I think you can see two words here - leopard and spots.

What is of great concern though is that SOW is causing such an issue that it is either driving players away from the industry and from being able to enjoy their form of entertainment. Or worse, driving them into the clutches of those operators that operate in uncharted territories, where it is literally a case of 'Russian Roulette' as to whether you end up at a decent customer focused operation, or one that will take the shirt off your back and more..

Regulatory authorities need to wake up and smell the coffee and realise that their overbearing responsible gambling measures are in the process of causing more potential harm than good.

The most trustworthy of outfits are still able to hide behind AML / SOF / SOW and stall for as long as they want following a withdrawal request.

Reason number 1271 to leave online gambling to die it's death.

Yeah but they won't. You can't unring the SOW bell. Once they got started on this, there is no turning back. You could have casinos ask for this during a player's first deposit, but that will be an instant turn off, and off these players go to the mysterious void.

Imagine going to the Hippodrome in London and buying a couple hundred quid's worth of chips, and they ask for your bank statements to prove you are rightfully employed. That would seem something that only Franz Kafka or George Orwell could come up with.

Or a plan from the man to kill this online gaming industry for online players.

Dont get me wrong I have no problem providing proof that I earn my money on a honest way. But asking for stuff of 6 months ago is just ridiculous and al the deposits came from a legit bank account. Then stating if you don’t provide the proof of 6 months back we don’t gonna pay you is just theft en criminal behavior in mine opinion. I also was very disappointed I contacted the MGA and don’t even reply that tells me that if a casino has a MGA license they still can do what they want because the MGA is accepting that kind of bullshit… So after a long time being a online gambler done with it.

Hey @Speedy38

Are you having hard times with any particular casino?
I see Rant from your screen shots, but since we don't have this casino listed here, there's no representative to provide a direct help I'm afraid.
