Problem with acces to live chat with Winner Casino Group -( Winner,DelRio,Euromaxplay

Helo im see one bad things in this playtech Winner casino group -( Winner,DelRio,Euromaxplay, 7regal) example im lose my usuername and cant find it . So wonna recived correct username to conitnue play- But Acces to live help is only avalible after login -( A lot other playtech family brands casino have same rulez) why they dont have acces to live chat for quest via http example from casino.winner.com/pl/ to contact with live agent .

Somone can say -" you can simple go to your download accont and click remind password and send to your emial .

No im cant becose system need enter Login detailes( username to use options remind passwords) In playtech casino system add player always strange login- username example " GOV123456" not like in other casino easy login example ( FAZIII1) So is easy lost it
So im cant use options remind me username and passwords and send me to my emial becose somone set up very bad this system ( with rulez enter first username to avalible send you new password- why not enter only email)

So player dont have username cant login - cant use options remind password and send new to email - Player olso dont have acces via site http Like a Quest to contact with live support and ask to help

Ok mayby email to support with ask abaout help ? - Mayby this is correct idea - But they answer after few days and this is very long period time if somone wonna login and play and not always answer from emialing questions is good - if player resend ask abaout somthing again - then must waiting again few days for somone answers? ........

So only idea is call them to get help .- This is not free options and not all person speak correct in english to tell how look problem and recived help... And alll this becose - They dont have acces to live support via instant htttp site for Quest person .

How many players Winner group lose becose people lose username and cant continue play and cant get help from live support( becose somone set up bad rulez to acces live support..... and bad rulez to use "recived password options".


And finnaly Winner group still send nice deposit promotions for my emial but im cant play becosoe im cant login - dont have acces to live support so this is fanny . Comone Winner group casino give Quest acces to live help not only after login !!!- Or add player username when send for players deposit promotions bonus propositions.(Will be more easy to know mailing is directly from casino or from some webmaster spamer) Be more frendly for your players and make things more easy
 
Ok after deciphering through your post, I feel the best option would be to email the support team for your username details. I have seen some casinos not offer the live chat option until after you log into your account.

If you are still receiving the promo mails then you you are saved as your username quoted in the upper right corner of each email (at least for Winner).
