I've had this problem on certain computers running windows XP when trying to run the setup file for cryptologic casinos. I get the following error message:
"Failed to register UA, please contact software vendor"
I contacted support and they tell me its either a problem with not having Administrator rights in Windows XP or a firewall problem. I'm sure its neither of these. Has anyone else had the same problem and managed to solve it?
