prime casino - palace group?

This is what we are told, but I believe it goes deeper than this. My winning streak of £6000 at Prime DIRECTLY affected my status at Ruby Fortune casino, causing me to be stripped of my VIP status, and ALL regular promotional offers. At the time, I was on a LOSING streak at Ruby Fortune. If this was merely a case of "operating the casino for the owners", any winnings overall at Prime would NOT COUNT towards my overall up/down tally with the main Palace Group casinos.

Further, I once received a phonecall from a manager at Prime casino offering me a bonus if I reversed a withdrawal. He also told me this was DIRECT from the owners of Prime, and had NOTHING TO DO with Palace Group contracted support. He gave me a direct line to phone, adding I should NOT contact "normal" support run by Palace Group. I phoned this number, and it was RUBY FORTUNE, and NOT a direct line to the owners of Prime.

When I declined the offer, I was "investigated", and had to threaten them with eCogra to get things moving. I was paid the day after I told them they had 14 days to expedite the "investigation" under eCogra guidelines. I should NEVER have been made such an offer in the first place if there was a doubt lingering over my account.

I was never told what this "investigation" was about, but my accounts remained open.

I think the Palace Group rep should explain EXACTLY what the deal is with this tie-up.

I think the tie in is closer too after seeing that they have the palace slot
on the prime site. The fact that they may be part of the group doesnt matter
to me just wondered why they dont seem to want it known.
There are some other groups of MG operators that have interests in other
casinos without publising the fact
