PowerSpins (balance issue)

I have had an "aborted withdrawal " email telling me that my account at time was unfunded- completely untrue I deposited then I started playing as with any other casino I noticed my balance was in the bonus section and as I played a few of the slots available (never betting more than£2.00) and watched it transfer over on to the cash balance so was very happy to get a big win on gonzos quest ! So returning to the main page to check all the balance was in the "cash" I sent an email through to the team to find out wether my id n verification was all in order the reply can a short wait later indeed everything is good to go and I quote "I can confirm that your verified and your free to make the intended withdrawal as normal " so happy at that I went bk logged in and seeing as I was up to £703.95 I played a little and requested £580.00 withdrawal to receive that reply that I played unfunded is unbelievable and completely wrong !! And then they put £20 in cash balance n am told to play thn I might get to withdraw !!!!! So angry right now I believed I could trust BGO and they did this I played through the requirements and yet they have kept my winnings!

I don't understand. Aren't your deposit showing in your history then?...and from where came the bonus?

The deposit was made through my PayPal a can't see how to check history on their webpage but I can quite clearly see it on my account with PayPal that money was deposited on Friday for sure!

Well you must have known what you started with. It doesn't exist a gambler who doesn't check the amount.
I highly doubt that BGO would just lie.

If there is something in this story you don't understand than ask them to explain it in detail, what had happened and what they can see on you account.

Otherwise you maybe should make a PAB here and solve it that way.

They banned me in the end for excluding from BGO a few years ago (before the knowlege of SE minefield)

Not overly fussed, as its wasnt a great place to be. Site was okay (ish) but new games were never released on powerspins and nobody ever seemed to reply to anything.

There support is the slowest and poorest I have recieved in a very long time. Bgo bonus banned me because I complained about play issues and balance disappearing last year, then refused to reply to me, when they did it was to bonus ban me haha.
I only went and used powerspins as it was recommended by dunover.
The service is just that terrible to even consider depositing there.
If they had a active rep who solved issues and decent support they good be pretty good, but sadly they don't and they won't.

I have been reading through this thread regarding BGO and PowerSpins and I'd just like to say that I have had amazing service from PowerSpins. It would be great to have a live chat feature as waiting for emails can be frustrating however I have had excellent customer service and prompt email correspondence from Tony, James and Christopher to name a few. I met the wagering requirements on the free spins and got the full £100 max allowed. I then deposited £10 and won another £130. I withdrew yesterday before Midnight and hope to have the funds reach my account in the next 48 hours. I honestly cannot fault them. Of course my withdrawals haven't reached my bank yet but I'm pretty sure all will be ok. So, my withdrawals have been in the completed stage for 24 hours, wondering how long it will be to reach my bank. Withdrawal was made on the 8th. Hope its swiftly as in need of some money lol. Can anyone shed any light on how long it takes for withdrawn funds to reach your bank after it says completed in transactions history?

Please Please Please ONLY gamble what you can afford and do not make a deposit thinking you can quickly make a few quid on it. I say this as it looks like you are in a hurry for a few quid and state this, the waiting on cash seems to nether come when you need it and I think a good few of us have been there.

Gambling should be on the last of the list to do and if possible on the other side of the paper, nether chase deposits and certainly do not try and think you can turn a deposit into a few quid profit.

I was just wondering if this was a generic term used and if any member had been paid out and in what time frame after withdrawal is marked as completed. No worries though. I'll just have to be patient :) Thanks again.

It depends on the bank, going from BGO (and most other casinos) if they send it before midnight then to Barclays as a debit card transaction it will be there around 12 o clock the next day (afternoon not night), Llyods TSb group (Halifax too) around 3.30 next day. Nat West I believe is around 2.30 but has been a while since I used them so may have changed.

You'll have it Monday I'm willing to bet and I disagree with last comment on this thread. I personally, have not had a better experience altho OJO casino is pretty amazing. They dont allow payment to sit there and be tempted to reverse the process immediately and within 24 hours you get your money 7 days a week. Power Spins is equally as awesome. I have played a lot of sites but best experiences with OJO and Powerspins.

They have no live chat and emails take at least 24 hours to be replied to, how can that be better than anywhere else, even BGO have live chat.

Powerspins took over 4 days to reply to me via email many times. Also never received one promotion since I made a deposit.
BGO bonus banned me for complaining, the rep here I contacted did nothing.
Absolute sham of a operation.
I'm glad now I've limited my play to solely 2 casinos.

A standard 48 hours after my initial enquiry (regarding unexplained prevention of my latest withdrawal despite having no unmet wagering requirements), I sent a follow-up message asking why no-one was replying, simply to prompt a response to the as yet unresolved issue. I received back a deflecting email that failed to even begin to address my inability to withdraw and patronised me for the loss of balance I had suffered while I waited for a response.

The only genuine advice was to play at a more "normal" time of day so that the live help can respond if it happens again... "Again"..? It is happening now- what live help? I received this reply four days after my enquiry and have sent two more emails in the 10 days since their deflecting response. I am yet to receive further correspondence but 14 days later the problem is still in effect, I cannot withdraw and powerspins support refuse to disclose a reason.

I would go onto BGO live chat and ask them where exactly the link is to powerspins live chat. Be firm and ask for a manager if the support rep tries to mess you about. Be polite and explain powerspins have sent you an email stating there is live chat in case BGO say it isn't available.
 
I had many issues with both.
Bonus banned from bgo no reason given.
And 100 percent lack of reply with powerspins.
Much better places to spend your money.

I have just asked Powerspins live chat if they could inform me of my deposit/withdrawal history with them as I didn't fancy searching in increments of 3 months going way back then working out the totals. I was informed that I would be charged £10 for the pleasure of such information! Eventually I got the info after a protest.
Their link to their gambling commission status does not work either. Has that anything to do with their and BGO'S sanctions?
