I have had 1 email from Powerspins, 1 reply to the several e-mails i sent. And that was only because i pm'd bgosam here and they put a cattle prod on them.

No reply to my reply over a week ago. I have been rather loyal abd deposited quite a lot but it seems nobody is around at powerspins. Maybe its just left to run itself.

Its the same at BGO, honestly they have been great to me and when you do speak to staff they are great also but this weekend has been a little ridiculous and a total nightmare, live chat down all day sent emails yesterday no replies after 10 hours, I did get onto live chat late last night kept getting disconnected, my question was answered after 24 hours, there is nothing more frustrating though.
This weekend has certainly tested my patience is something that needs sorting fast.

24hrs would be a godsend,

I get no answer at all, I can wait upwards of a week and still not get a reply.

Thats not good enought, I do like BGO as there seem to be doing things right, But no answer emails is another story I am afraid

yep the rep here does a great job, but deserves time of, I would never email them weekends

Here is the trouble, I do not expect any person to jump when ask but what I do want is some one to answer, A casino is a 24/7 operation and people on different time frames so there should be able to answer in good manner of time.

Its horrible or me to say its there job but it is, If it was not for the player there be no casino, So would it hurt to get some one with a bit of brains to answer email or live help?


Just imagine if your computer went tits up and ask some one to fix it than took away on friday to be told on saturday you wait till till fridy?? even low the shop was open, Than call a electrian out due to kno lights than being told sorry we have to wait untill daylight?

There should be no excuse in his casino world, Its a 24 hr opertaion, If they do not want it that way than close the casino in them hours

Sam I am still waiting for a reply to an issue from before Christmas...which as it happens is too long and no longer relevant. Im no longer interested in hearing a reply anymore. Sorry.

None if the new slots being added, havent had an e-mail or anything in my inbox on the casino since it opened. It all just seems a little empty.

Got an e-mail from Sam last week regarding my comments about things going stale and no promos etc

Turns out there is a tech issue with e-mails which has been brought to light.

But unfortunately for me, I have an old Bgo account that I self excluded from (before the self exclusion problems came to light) as I didnt enjoy playing there.

So they have now shut my Powerspins account too. Im pretty sure it should have flagged up, but I used a newer email address for powerspins. (Old one deserted due to spam)

Now I have read that deposits must be returned in this situation, but I deposited quite a lot over the past few months. And made some withdrawals. So unsure where this situation would stand.
 
Hey everyone! Having an issue, If you have a bonus balance showing 0.00 and cash balances showing £750.00 that says to me that the withdrawable amount is the £750 otherwise there would be a bonus amount showing still to be wagered......correct?

I have had an "aborted withdrawal " email telling me that my account at time was unfunded- completely untrue I deposited then I started playing as with any other casino I noticed my balance was in the bonus section and as I played a few of the slots available (never betting more than£2.00) and watched it transfer over on to the cash balance so was very happy to get a big win on gonzos quest ! So returning to the main page to check all the balance was in the "cash" I sent an email through to the team to find out wether my id n verification was all in order the reply can a short wait later indeed everything is good to go and I quote "I can confirm that your verified and your free to make the intended withdrawal as normal " so happy at that I went bk logged in and seeing as I was up to £703.95 I played a little and requested £580.00 withdrawal to receive that reply that I played unfunded is unbelievable and completely wrong !! And then they put £20 in cash balance n am told to play thn I might get to withdraw !!!!! So angry right now I believed I could trust BGO and they did this I played through the requirements and yet they have kept my winnings!
