    First off...does anyone use them?

I have found them great tbh...played a bit and withdrawn no problem, always paid prompt, won a dc comics jackpot on my first visit and all was well.

Now though I noticed a small issue. I have made 2 seprate deposits today. 1 was my first deposit of the day which gives you freespins which relate to your "bolt" level (loyalty tier/account level) i played these and my deposit back to zero (with acceptable playtime I may add)

But this is where it gets strange. Cash is zero and bonus is zero. I made a fresh deposit of £25 and played some slots (no bonus only slots) but after being down to £6 odd I then get back to £18. Next click on the button it says insufficient funds, please deposit more money. Now i can see the balance is £18 odd...so I go check in the my account section and it lists my remaining balance as bonus funds.

Strange...no bonus here, nothing accepted mid play and nothing applied in my account. I have emailed support. (No live support) but I did email them 2 weeks ago with another small issue (which sorted itself) and didnt get a reply.

So I just wondered does anyone else use them? And has anyone had any joy with support? Im getting cheesed off and pretty much told them so in my last e-mail. Either shape up or im going to ship out.

    Thanks in advance.

    Still no replies.

Ended up just wagering the funds and finished £40 up on the original balance.

So now have 3 withdrawals...one processed today. Im happy enough that they pay quick enough. But pissed off they cant reply to emails.

So anyone wanting to play here make sure you read T&C's dont breach anything, and cross your fingers that nothing goes wrong as no bugger will answer you anyway.

Well I did have the free £5 in there the other day, cleared it and even had a £1500 DOA hit on a 36p stake! Couldn't be arsed to post it as I'd never cashed out from them before.

Found their site decent but the lack of chat was noticeable, worst part in my session was the dreaded 'extra long' spins that indicate a winning spin, wheras the non-winning ones would spin seamlessly

Ruined the immersion somewhat, and is the worst type of 'gameplay' one could have. Same thing applies at BGO I believe, and a reason I wouldn't continue playing there.

I await not being paid with bated breath

Hi, i already made a withdrawal there but yesterday i made a small withdrawal again. The 24 hours pending time is over and in the transactions history it says "Waiting" , do you know how long it will be "waiting" until processed? On my first withdrawal i remember i got the money fast after the pending time but now its still waiting. Do you know if the finance department is working atm in the evenings?

This lot are a BGO outfit, correct? If so don't expect speedy withdrawals. 24-48 category?

Finance must be working as I had a withdrawal processed today

When they say 24hr expect it to be waitinf for 23hr59min as thats whats happend with the 2 Ive had paid out.

I can give a little leway at this time of year as I expect things to be slack a little...nobody like working at this time of year lol.

With regards to the long drawn out spins....I havent had that on mobile. I am mostly playing on mobile and dont really have an issue with gameplay.

Not troed DOA yet as I despise that game. Just enjoying playing some of the playtech slots again.

It would have meant a lot more had I not played £1300 of that back, convinced I wouldn't have been paid and/or broke a term or two.

As it turns out I received a confirmation withdrawal email just after my last post, so it'll have to be a blow-up doll from Poundland or even the missus herself. Hopefully it won't come to that :(

ps Yes I am a reckless moron with my winnings and hindsight is a wonderful thing......I just hadn't seen so many numbers in my balance before

I can't complain about BGO/ PowerSpins payout times, solid reliable timeframe to receive my winnings, especially given all the 'substitute' public holidays we've been having and businesses grinding to a standstill.

So in regards to payments I'm impressed

Powerspins email support is unbelievable slow... I managed to clear wr on 50 free spins on registration and I'm trying to withdraw those funds for over 10 days now.

Made deposit in order to be eligible for withdrawal but I was constantly getting error message while trying to cashout. Sent an email to them and after four days got answer that I need to send docs in order to get my account verified and I did it.

It was 5 days ago and there is still no response...

    Hi,

Spintee, I replied to your PM, seems you were out of the 10 days.

We only offer e-mail support for Power Spins, there's no live chat right now - if you can let me know where it says there's chat available I can look in to it?

    Thanks,
    Sam
